《特徴／外観・店内》
＊言わずと知れた中華食堂チェーン。このお店がある土地柄か、既にラーメン屋さんと言うよりは、ラーメン居酒屋。訪れた平日21時半頃はなかなかの盛り上がりである。

＊以前より気になっていた「バジルライス」のスピンオフ商品？
「ガパオ汁なし麺」（590円）
今食べ終わってこれを記載しているわけだが、結構辛い。ずっと後引く辛さである。
前身？のガパオライス（バジルライス）を頂いていないので、なんとも言えないが…
麺の上にかかっているのは細かい鶏肉を炒めた、「餡」。パラパラに炒めた想像するガパオライスのそれとは異なり、片栗粉でトロミを持たせた、餡。確かに麺よく絡みます。
ガパオライスなら、炒めたお肉はオイスターソースやナンプラーの味付けであろうが、どちらかというと中華料理。いや、日高屋であればそれはそれで間違いではない。また「ガパオ（ホーリーバジル）」とはタイハーブの一種。爽やかさやワイルドさなどの奥深い香りはあまり感じない。
もう少し全体的にタイ料理の要素が感じられればいいなぁと。
汁なし…という言葉で汁なし坦々麺も連想させるが、いや、コレは言葉だけで汁がないから。汁なし坦々麺とは別物。
ではジャージャー麺とはどうだろう。添えてあるきゅうりの千切りを見れば、感じはこれに最も近いかもしれない。ジャージャー麺であれば豆板醤や甜麺醤と挽肉で作った肉味噌と言うのがわかりやすいが、
結論としては、茹でた麺を〆、その上に辛い餡が乗ったお料理は、食欲をそそる。そしてなぜかチャレンジしたくなる商品です。
日高屋は別に安くておいしい料理が他にもたくさんあるので、無理して注文する必要は無いのかな。ヘビーユーザーさんにとっては、こういう企画は楽しみですよね。

I wish I could feel the elements of Thai food a little more overall.
There is no juice ... I also associate with no juice in the word, but no, this is because only Koru has no juice. There is no soup and no tandan.
So what about jarger noodles? If you look at the cucumber slices, the feeling may be closest to this. If it is jarger noodles, it is easy to understand that it is a meat miso made with minced pork and minced pork and minced meat,
As a conclusion, the boiled noodles are cooked, and the dishes with spicy rice on top of them are appetizing. And it is a product that you want to challenge for some reason.
There are a lot of other cheap and delicious dishes in Hidakaya, so there is no need to force it to order. For heavy users, I'm looking forward to such a project.

客層はほとんど男性、しかも年配者が多い。
1人客が中心ですが、年配グループが大声で盛り上がっている事もよく有り、「ああはなりたく無いな」と思いながらなるべく遠くの席を確保しています。
ビール、各種つまみメニューが手頃価格なのでちょい飲みには最適なお店かもしれません。
各種キャッシュレス決済可、サービス券を貰えるのも良いですね。
