S	Serious Wanderer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Umami Explosion. Their tsukemen is out of this world. Encountered this delicious bowl of tsukemen with clear dried-sardine-based broth. The highlight of this dish, however, was its extra slippery texture of the noodles, which was served with a punch of umami from the konbu extract.
V	Vinh N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried their shio ramen and it was delicious. The soup is pleasantly not overly salty with a great sense of seafood. I can drink the soup all day. Plus I had the hard boil egg which had absorbed the soup flavor and made it tastier. I would come back here again.

Smells, looks, and tastes amazing. Fresh, aromatic, and yummy. Interior of restaurant very recently renovated and simply but nicely done. Some older menu items have dropped, but the ramen is still wonderful. Immaculately clean. Extremely friendly staff. Two thumbs up! Good to the very last drop. They clearly put some thought and time into the umami-rich dashi (stock).
