2022.3.5(土)午後12時40分に訪問しました。 末広町駅から神田明神に向かう途中で見つけたお店です。 注文したのは、肉汁中華そば780円。 このラーメンは、醤油・塩・旨辛の三種類から選べます。今回は旨辛を選択しました。 見た目は真っ赤なスープなんですが、辛くなく、ちょっと苦味を感じる程度でした。 このスープは、鶏ガラ・豚ガラに野菜をじっくり煮込み肉汁を閉じ込めたスープと書いてありましたが、申し訳ないのですがよく解りませんでした(-_-;) 麺は細麺。数種類の小麦をブレンドした卵麺と書いてありましたが、たまたまかも知れませんが、今回は麺が伸びぎみで、これもよく解りませんでした(-_-;) 具はメンマと低温熟成された薄いチャーシューが数枚。 チャーシューは、美味しく麺と一緒に食べても食べやすいチャーシューです。 普通に美味しいラーメンです。
I visited at 12:40 pm on Saturday, February 3.5, 2022. This shop was found on the way from Suehirocho Station to Kanda Myojin. I ordered the gravy Chinese noodles for 780 yen. You can choose from three types of ramen: soy sauce, salt, and spicy. This time I chose spicy. It looks like a bright red soup, but it wasn't spicy and I felt a bit bitter. It was written that this soup was made by slowly boiling vegetables in chicken and pork soup and confining the gravy, but I'm sorry but I didn't understand it well (-_-;). The noodles are thin noodles. It was written as egg noodles that blended several kinds of wheat, but it may happen, but this time the noodles were stretched and I did not understand this well (-_-;) The ingredients are Menma and several thin char siu that have been aged at low temperature. Char siu is a delicious and easy-to-eat char siu that you can eat with noodles. It's an ordinary delicious ramen.

末広町駅の直ぐ近くのラーメン屋 百年本舗 さん。 店内に入って食券機で注文。初めてなので、このお店で一番オーソドックスだと思われる肉汁中華ソバ780円と、目立つPOPが貼ってある味玉トッピング100円をポチる。店員さんに食券を渡すと醤油か塩か旨辛か?を聞かれたので、間違いがなさそうな醤油を選択。 早速いただく。ローストビーフ風なローストポークと、琥珀色のスープに広がる油がなんとも綺麗。流石の肉汁ラーメン。スープをすすると唇にまとわり付く油感が良いですね。とは言っても、そんなにギトギト感はないスープです。ローストポークもあっさりとした味で、そんなに重みを感じません。トッピングの味玉は普通の味でした。 全体的に表現すると、あっさりした油感を感じるラーメン。 この日は予定が一杯で、昼飯は無理かなと思ってたところに、偶々スキマ時間を確保出来て、ラーメンランチを頂きましたが、注文して直ぐに食べる事が出来たのがありがたかった。 会計は現金のみです。

Is it soy sauce, salt or spicy when you give the meal ticket to the clerk? I was asked, so I chose soy sauce that seems to be correct. I'll have it immediately. The roast beef-like roast pork and the oil that spreads in the amber soup are so beautiful. Ramen Kimi ramen. When you sip the soup, the oily feeling that clings to your lips is good. That said, it's a soup that doesn't feel so squeaky. Roast pork also has a light taste and does not feel so heavy. The taste ball of the topping was a normal taste. Expressed as a whole, ramen with a light oily feel. I had a full schedule on this day, and I thought it would be impossible to have lunch, but I happened to have a free time and had a ramen lunch, but I was grateful that I was able to order and eat immediately.
