【水曜日夜】これぞザ・ラーメン?！
御茶ノ水にあるラーメン大至さん。
食べログのラーメン百名店にも掲載されています。
水曜日の夜、ラストオーダーの20:45ギリギリに訪問。
店内は3名ほど。
店内が思ったより席数があってびっくり。
食券制です。
チャーシューメン(1,000円)
納豆つけ麺(800円)
をチョイス。
チャーシューメンのほうは、これぞラーメンといった見た目のシンプルなラーメン。
これこれ、と思いながらあっという間に吸い込みました。
チャーシューも2種類乗っていて嬉しい。
納豆つけ麺なるものがあったので思わず気になって購入。
つけ麺の麺にひきわり納豆のような納豆ソース的なものがかかっています。
そのまま食べても、つけ汁につけてもOK♪
これが何ともうまい！！
予想外に結構美味かったです！！
麺ももっちもちでした。

Ramen Daishi in Ochanomizu.
It is also posted in Tabelog's 100 famous ramen shops.
Visited at the last order of 20:45 on Wednesday night.
There are about 3 people in the store.
I was surprised that there were more seats than I expected.
It is a meal ticket system.
Char siu noodles (1,000 yen)
Natto Tsukemen (800 yen)
Choice.
The char siu noodles are simple ramen that looks like ramen.
I inhaled it in a blink of an eye while thinking about this.
I am glad that I have two types of char siu.
There was something called natto tsukemen, so I was curious and bought it.
Tsukemen noodles are covered with natto sauce like natto.
You can eat it as it is or soak it in soup ♪
How good this is! !!
It was unexpectedly delicious! !!
The noodles were also chewy.
It was a treat!

15時近くだったこともあり、並ばずに入店できました。
ラーメンは、キラキラとした透明感に吸い込まれるような醤油ラーメン。雑味がなく、とても旨い。
スープ・麺共に、ラーメンと言えばコレだよねという昔ながらの味。あまり補足する事はないですね。純粋に美味しいです。
もちろんスープは最後まで頂きました。
注文は食券を買うタイプで、Suicaも使えます。
I got a ramen lunch of 950 yen.
It was around 15:00, so I was able to enter the store without lining up.
Ramen is a soy sauce ramen that is inhaled by its glittering transparency. There is no miscellaneous taste and it is very delicious.
Both soup and noodles have the old-fashioned taste that ramen is the best. I don't really supplement it. It's purely delicious.
Of course, I had the soup to the end.
The order is a type of buying a meal ticket, and Suica can also be used.

平日の13時頃に訪問。店内5名程の行列で、着席まで15分程待ちました。
チャーシュー麺を注文。
見た感じはシンプルな醤油ラーメンです。しかし、スープが美味い。優しい味でスッキリとしています。思わずごくごく。
チャーシューは低温調理されたロースとバラ肉が入っています。柔らかくジューシーでした。
麺は中細ストレート麺で小麦の風味がぶわっと口の中に広がります。つるつるっとした食感で、程よいコシもあります。
何かエッジがあるわけではないけど、思わず美味いと感じるレベルの高い一杯でした。

Visited around 13:00 on weekdays. There was a line of about 5 people in the store, and I waited for about 15 minutes until I was seated.
I ordered char siu noodles.
It looks like a simple soy sauce ramen. However, the soup is delicious. It has a gentle taste and is refreshing. Involuntarily very.
Char siu contains low-temperature cooked loin and ribs. It was soft and juicy.
The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles, and the flavor of wheat spreads in your mouth. It has a smooth texture and is moderately chewy.
It doesn't have any edge, but it was a high-level cup that I felt delicious.
