やはり印象は前回と変わらず。
ライスが無料なこと、ロケーションを考えた価格（安い）ことから、星を１つ増やします。

味はいたって普通です。
家系と言えばそうなのですが、パンチもそれほどではなく、特色も特にありません。
ご飯は乾燥気味でした。
また、店内はあまり清潔ではなかったです。

味玉ラーメン（味噌）
ラーメンは塩と味噌味を選べます。今回は味噌を選びました。濃厚すぎると思います。塩に選ぶほうがいいかもしれません。ご飯は常時無料であり、セルフサービスです。ご飯に豆板醤をかけると特においしいです。おすすめです。少し辛いので気をつけてください。

Ajitama ramen (miso)
You can choose salt and miso flavor for ramen. I chose miso this time. I think it's too rich. It may be better to choose salt. Rice is always free and self-service. It is especially delicious to sprinkle doubanjiang on rice. it's recommended. Please be careful as it is a little spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比較的スッキリした味わいの家系ラーメンのお店です。席はカウンターのみで、あまり広い店内とは言えませんが、従業員の方も丁寧な接客で頑張っている様子。
この魂心屋は以前、目黒で食べた事が何回かあり、なんとなく懐かしくなって立ち寄ってみました。
目黒で通っていた頃は、もう10年近く前になると思いますが、今だにまくり券という、スープを完飲すると貰えるトッピング無料券をやっていて、更に懐かしくなりましたね。
この店の一つの特徴として、家系ラーメン店にありがちな豚骨臭を店内、ラーメン自体にほぼ感じないです。私は臭いは無ければ無い方がいいので、ありがたいところ。
今回は、黒胡椒味噌ラーメンという珍しい商品をオーダー。かつてはなかったと思います。
味の濃そうな見た目程はくどく無く、比較的スッキリとした味わい。それでいて、豚骨特有のマイルドさもあって美味しいです。黒胡椒の刺激は穏やかに感じる程度でそれ程、強くはありません。但し、マイルドなスープに幾分かの輪郭を与える要素にはなっているという印象でしょうか。
麺は中太のややデロの茹で加減で、もう少し歯切れが欲しいところですが、スープに馴染んでこれはこれで美味しい。コシのある麺にしたい場合は、硬めの指定が必要かもしれません。
卓上調味料に生姜のピクルスがあると嬉しいですよね。この店にはあるんです。
多くの家系ラーメンがそうであるように、この店もライスとの相性を売りにしています。実際に麺量、スープ量もそこまで多くはないので、ライスを食べると丁度満腹といった感じになります。
最後はしっかりとまくって、懐かしのまくり券を頂きました。次来るのはいつだろうか。。その時は、お金を払ってトッピングしたいですね。

I had eaten this soul-heart shop several times in Meguro before, so I somehow missed it and stopped by.
When I went to Meguro, I think it was almost 10 years ago, but I still miss the soup ticket, which is a free topping ticket that you can get when you finish drinking the soup.
One of the features of this shop is that you can hardly feel the pork bone odor that is often found in Iekei ramen shops in the shop and the ramen itself. I'd rather not have a smell, so I'm grateful.
This time, I ordered a rare product called black pepper miso ramen. I don't think it's ever been.
It doesn't look as strong as it looks, and has a relatively refreshing taste. Still, it is delicious because of the mildness peculiar to pork bones. The stimulus of black pepper is mild but not so strong. However, do you have the impression that it is an element that gives some contour to the mild soup?
The noodles are slightly boiled in medium-thickness, and I'd like to have a little more crispness, but this is delicious because it fits well in the soup. If you want to make the noodles chewy, you may need to specify a firmer one.
It would be nice to have ginger pickles in the tabletop seasoning. It's in this store.
Like many Iekei Ramen, this shop also sells its compatibility with rice. Actually, the amount of noodles and soup is not so large, so eating rice makes you feel just full.
At the end, I rolled it up firmly and got a nostalgic roll ticket. When will it come next? .. At that time, I would like to pay for toppings.
