★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全然商売けのないお店です。月、火が休み。お昼が中心で落ち着けるお店ですよ。お蕎麦は細めでうす緑。ツユの味良し。一品一品丁寧に作ってくれます。最後に出してくれる小豆の甘味がウレシイ。糠漬けは我慢して最後の小豆までとっておきます。蕎麦湯も濃くてよい。普段はちょっとお年を召したご夫婦で頑張ってます。

おうちのような内装で落ち着きます。おそばは細めでのどごしがよく、香りもしっかりあります。天ぷらもおいしいです。
お一人で作っているのでお時間はかかります。お時間があるときに行ったほうがいいです。結構混むので遅めに行くのがオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族経営の小さな蕎麦屋さん。調理は一人しかいないので、驚くほどゆっくり出てきます。時間に余裕を持って訪問してください。
1組分作ったら、次の分...みたいな作り方。効率とは無縁なので、待ち時間の覚悟は必要。ても、待つ価値あります。
都内でも珍しいくらいの、繊細な細麺のお蕎麦が出てきます。天ぷらの揚げ具合も素晴らしい。魚介よりも野菜の方がより美味しい気がします。
駐車場は4台、譲り合って停める形になるので、前の人が出る時に、手前に停めた人は車を移動する必要がありますか、出てくるスピードが遅いので、食べる邪魔にはなりません。

店主が毎朝丁寧な手付きでこしらえて
トントントンッと精密に均一に細いそばを作り上げる。
店内は座席が4テーブル。
それぞれに4名座ることができる。
店主の奥様らしき方が優しく接客してくれた。
オススメはやはり天ぷらとせいろのセットの天せいろ1900円。
出来上がりまで少々お時間頂いていますと、
この天ぷらもまた揚げ方が丁寧なので、食材のそのもののお味を生きたまま味わうことができた。
有名高級割烹で食べた天ぷらのごとし。
カウンター前の看板にもメニューにない今だけのメニューも掲げられているので、こちらもあともう一品欲しいかなという時によいと思います。
締めは透き通ったそば湯で美味しく頂いてごちそう様でした！
