★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミってあてにならない。こだわり風のお高い蕎麦屋に入ってこんなにがっかりしたのは初めて。大好物の天ざるを注文。肝心の蕎麦は3センチぐらいに切れ切れでベタっとしてみんなくっついてきちゃう。十割蕎麦でもなく二八蕎麦なのに。蕎麦の香りも何もしない。
天ぷらは衣が薄く茶色くてお母さんレベル。期待してたフワっサクっ！感ゼロ。
スーパーで十割蕎麦の乾麺を買って茹でて、氷水でしめて、丸亀製麺で買った天ぷらをトースターで温めたものを食べた方が100倍美味しいです。
90歳越えの女将さんは可愛いけど、奥さん？は笑顔も愛想もない。
クチコミがすごく評判いいからハズレの日に行ったのかな？
一度でもハズレがあれば二度と行かないけど。
 Word-of-mouth communication is unreliable. It's the first time I've been so disappointed in a soba restaurant with a high-quality taste. I ordered my favorite food, Tenzaru. The essential soba is cut to about 3 cm and sticks together. It's not 100% buckwheat noodles but 28 buckwheat noodles. The scent of buckwheat does nothing.
Tempura has a light brown batter and is at the level of a mother. The fluffy I was expecting! No feeling.
It is 100 times more delicious to buy dried noodles of 100% buckwheat noodles at a supermarket, boil them, soak them in ice water, and warm the tempura bought at Marugame Seimen with a toaster.
The landlady over 90 is cute, but is she a wife? Has no smile or amiability.
Did you go on a lost day because the word-of-mouth communication is so popular?
If there is a loss even once, I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅雨時にお邪魔しましたが、加湿器が何ヵ所かで稼働してました。窓も開けられてたし、何故？新しいコロナ対策❔お寿司とお蕎麦は美味しかったです。接客の方の笑顔と優しさが欲しいかなー

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかり〆られた地元のお魚と、手打ちの蕎麦のお店です。鴨つけ汁の冷たい蕎麦を頂きましたが鴨の油と美味い昆布出汁が効いててインパクトありました！それぞれの料理を丁寧に作ってるのが感じられます。すべてとても美味しかったです！
It is a shop of well-established local fish and handmade soba noodles. I had cold soba noodles with duck soup, but the oil of duck and the delicious kelp soup stock had an impact! You can feel that each dish is carefully prepared. Everything was very delicious!

広々としていますが席数があまりないので、予約してから行くのがオススメです。
駐車場は少し離れたところを含め6箇所ありますので、お店の横のスペースがいっぱいでもあきらめないで！
A famous restaurant in Hayama where both fish and soba are delicious.
Although it is spacious, there are not many seats, so it is recommended to make a reservation before going.
There are 6 parking lots, including a little far away, so don't give up even if the space next to the store is full!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、訪問しましたが…美味しかったので、１ヶ月経たずに再訪。お蕎麦は勿論のこと、お刺身やお寿司がとても新鮮で美味しいのが、また、たまらないです。ただ、お刺身やお寿司は、予約時に注文をしておかないとダメですので、気をつけて下さい。当日の注文は、無理な模様。ご自宅を改装したお店で、訪問客の年齢層も高く、落ち着いて美味しい食事が出来ます。90歳オーバーの名物女将がいらっしゃったら、お話すると…とても、楽しいです。また行きたいお店の一つです。
