知人からおススメの蕎麦屋さんと聞いたので行ってきました。 おススメ通り、お蕎麦が上品で美味しかったです。 客席が少ないのでゆっくりできないですが、また行きたくなるお店の一つです。

田舎切り1000円。大盛で+300円。蕎麦の香りも味も濃いいし、コシがあって、のど越しもいい。蕎麦だけでも十分美味しい。つけ汁は甘くない方向。出汁の風味は薄いけど蕎麦の味が濃いのでこっちの方が合うと思う。駐車場が2台、席も2人テーブル2つと、6人テーブル1つとこじんまりとしてるけど、間違いなく旨い。他に蕎麦が2種あったのでまた食べに行ってみたい。
Country cut 1000 yen. It is large and costs +300 yen. The fragrance and taste of the buckwheat are strong, it has a good texture and it has a good throat. Soba alone is delicious enough. The soup is not sweet. The flavor of the broth is light but the taste of the soba is deep, so I think this one is better. There are 2 parking lots, 2 tables for 2 people and 1 table for 6 people, but it is definitely good. There are two other types of soba, so I want to go eat again.

葉山方面に抜ける閑静な住宅地の桜山にあるお上品なお蕎麦屋さん。 二八蕎麦なので多少硬めの出汁は濃いめですが蕎麦湯がすぐいただけるので割るとほどよく飲めます。
An elegant soba restaurant located in Sakurayama, a quiet residential area that runs through Hayama. Since it is Nihachi-soba, the soup is a little bit thick, but you can drink soba soup as you can enjoy the soba hot water immediately.

通りすがりに気になり、時間もお昼時だったので入店。店内とてもキレイでメニューもたくさんありました。 三色そばを注文し、白雪(さらしな)、江戸切り(二八)、田舎のセットをいただきました。 そばは香りもよく、歯ごたえ、のど越しも非常によくバランスのとれたおそばでした。そばつゆも甘さがほんのりした中にもしっかりした味があり、 とても美味しかったです。 店主ご夫婦もとても感じがよく、おそばの味がさらに美味しく感じました。(笑)
I was worried about passing by and entered the store because the time was noon. The store was very clean and had many menus. I ordered three colors of buckwheat noodles and received a set of white snow (Sarashina), Edo-kiri (28) and countryside. The buckwheat was fragrant, crunchy, and very well balanced. The soba soup also has a firm taste even though it is slightly sweet, and it was very delicious. The owner and the couple were very pleasant and the taste of soba was even more delicious. (Lol)

逗子が、誇るおいしい蕎麦屋さんの1つ。住宅地に突如あらわれるお店。 いわゆる二八そばを丁寧に提供するお店。基本的なざるそばがオススメではあるが私がよくいただくのは三味蕎麦。贅沢にも3つの味が同時に楽しめるセット。落花生汁というのがなんとも美味しい。蕎麦は、きりっと、さらっと喉越しさわやかである。量は多くないので、大盛りもおすすめ。 ベースのメニューもあるが季節限定、曜日限定などのメニューもあるので、繰り返し訪れて楽しみたい限り。駐車場は目の前に2台分ある。

Basic Zaru soba is recommended, but I often eat Sanmi soba. A set that allows you to enjoy three flavors at the same time. Peanut juice is really delicious. Soba is crisp, smooth and refreshing. The amount is not large, so a large serving is also recommended. There is a base menu, but there are also seasonal and day-only menus, so as long as you want to visit repeatedly and enjoy yourself. There are two parking lots in front of you.

土曜日のお昼に伺いました。鴨南蛮のつけそばとサラダのお蕎麦を頼みました。サラダはお野菜たっぷりで結構ボリュームがありました。手打ちのお蕎麦は香りもよく美味しかったです。
I visited at noon on Saturday. I ordered Kamo Nanban soba noodles and salad soba noodles. The salad was full of vegetables and was quite voluminous. The handmade soba had a nice aroma and was delicious.

店内もとても綺麗で床暖房も入っていてすごく居心地良いお店でした。 車はお店の前の駐車場が2台停められます。 お昼に行きましたが曜日限定の野菜天ぷらそばをいただきました。 天ぷらはとてもサクッとしていて盛り付けも器も素敵でおそばも手打ち蕎麦をいただきましたがとても美味しかったです!
The inside of the shop was very clean and the floor heating was included, so it was a very comfortable shop. Two cars can be parked in the parking lot in front of the shop. I went to lunch, but I had a vegetable tempura soba that was only available on the day of the week. The tempura was very crispy, the serving and the bowl were nice, and the soba was handmade soba, but it was very delicious!

逗子の桜山、逗葉高校の目の前にあるお蕎麦屋さん。 住宅の一階をお店として使っているので、玄関から靴を脱いで上がります。 玄関を開けた途端にお出汁のいい匂いが漂っていました。明るいフローリングの店内に無垢のテーブルが三つ。床暖房が効いていて とても暖かです。 季節のお蕎麦、原木しいたけ蕎麦(つけ)を頂きました。 江戸切り(二八蕎麦)はキュッと締められ 喉ごしが良く とても美味しかったです!歯ごたえのある 原木しいたけが丸ごと入った温かいつけ汁はかなり濃いめ。蕎麦湯で割って美味しく頂きました。 残念ながら、かえしがなくなりしだい 通常営業を終了するそうです。今月(二月)いっぱいは大丈夫と奥さまがおっしゃっていました。 その後は週に一日程度の営業になるようなので、営業日を確認してから来店する事をお勧めします。

As soon as I opened the entrance, there was a nice smell of soup stock. There are three solid tables in the bright flooring store. The floor heating is working and it is very warm. We had seasonal soba noodles and raw wood shiitake soba noodles. Edo-kiri (28 buckwheat noodles) was tightly tightened and had a good throat and was very delicious! The warm soup with whole chewy log shiitake mushrooms is quite thick. It was delicious when divided with soba hot water. Unfortunately, it seems that normal business will be closed as soon as the return is gone. Your wife said that it's okay for the whole of this month (February). After that, it seems that it will be open about one day a week, so it is recommended to check the business days before coming to the store.
