2022年3月第二週目の日曜日に葉山で有名な和か菜さんへ来ました。 とても有名らしく、開店と同時に満席になるほど。 狭い道なので、車両誘導する方々もおられるくらいの人気で、待ってる間、ワクワクが止まりませんでした。 注文したのはこの季節限定の柚子天盛。 写真は大盛りです。 蕎麦を口に運んだ途端、柚子の香りが広がりとても爽やかなお蕎麦です。 大盛りでも柚子の爽やかさ、喉越しの良さもあり、ペロッと食べられてしまいます。 残念なのは、天盛なので天麩羅も主役ですが、表はカリッとごま油の香ばしさもありよいのですが、裏と中が少しベチャッとしてました。 それ以外は、満点なお店でした。 月一で伺いたいお店です。

週末の昼時で駐車場待ち30min 期待していましたが、さっぱり極々普通の蕎麦で並ぶ価値は見出すことが出来なかった。 蕎麦は少し少なめ、風味は薄め、蕎麦つゆは市販品みたいな味、天ぷらはありきたりの食材で少量で頼む必要がないレベルでした。 座敷席で風景も何もない席で風景も無く、ただ普通の28蕎麦を無駄に並んで食べた感。 観光用として、ついでで行けば良いのかもしれないが、並ぶほどでもなく、価格相応かそれ以下の味と雰囲気。

日曜日の夕方17:00頃2名で伺いました。早い時間だった為店内は空いており、ゆったり過ごせました。 蕎麦を打ってる姿を見ることもできます。 入り口に少しお野菜も売ってます。 親子蕎麦と鴨南蛮蕎麦を注文。 どちらも美味しかったです。 夫が注文した鴨南蛮は山椒と胡椒がほんのり、とてもとても美味しいスープでした。 次はわたしも鴨南蛮注文しよう。 ざる蕎麦も食べにいきます。

平日の昼を過ぎた時間、誘導の方の指示に従って車を止めて待たずに入店できました。 テーブル席、座敷席とあります。 ここの口コミの写真をみて温かい天ぷら蕎麦を注文。お水とネギが先に運ばれてきました。店内は8割位お客さんがいましたが、入店時に手指消毒、大きな空気清浄機が稼働していました。店員、お客さん、みなマスク装着です。 暫く待ってから揚げたて天ぷらが別皿で届きます。海老、イカ、椎茸、ししとうの4点。 直ぐに器に入った蕎麦が来ました。 汁は甘みの強い濃いめ、柚子の皮が入っていて香りを楽しめます。 先に届いていたネギを入れ、天ぷらは自分の好きなように、一つずつ器に入れて頂きました。 蕎麦は細めで量は満足。一味唐辛子を入れて頂きました。 次は鴨南蛮を頂いてみたいです。
