We had delicious buckwheat noodles that took one or two steps. It was soba with 90% buckwheat noodles, soba that is moderately thin and easy to eat. I liked soba noodles!

デザートまで楽しみなお店です。

普通の自宅を改装してのお蕎麦屋。
4人掛けテーブル席が４つ。
とても静か。子供さんは、お断りみたい。食事は、コースで予約制。
ランチに行って、鴨南蛮蕎麦コースで￥6,000
ゆっくり食事が出来て、内容も大人向け。美味しかったけど、鴨南蛮蕎麦の汁は、薄かったかな。
A quaint buckwheat restaurant in a deep place in the residential area of Hayama. There are two parking lots.

Four-seat table seats are four.
Very quiet. Children seem to be refusing. Meals are reserved on the course.
I went to lunch, and it was ¥ 6,000
I am able to eat slowly, the contents also for adults. It was delicious, but the juice of duckwort barbecued buckwheat was thin.

今回も楽しみに伺いました。
春の味をたくさん堪能できました。
丁寧に作られている優しい味にほっこりします。
マスク会食を気にしながらの食事でしたが、美味しさを味わえました。
また伺いたいです。

平日のランチで伺いました。
蕎麦会席のコース。
何が出てくるのかワクワクします。
一品ずつ説明をしていただき、美味しい?と感じます。
牡蠣の茶碗蒸しや天婦羅も熱々で運ばれて来ます。嬉しいですね。
お蕎麦は田舎蕎麦になるのでしょうか？
甘みがあり喉ごしがよくて美味しかったです。天婦羅やそばがきに添えてるあるお塩も美味しかった～。
ゆっくりと贅沢な時間が過ごせました。
ごちそうさまでした。

I was able to enjoy a lot of the taste of spring.

Soba Kaiseki course.
I'm excited to see what comes out.
Please explain each item one by one, and I feel that it is delicious ?.
Oyster chawanmushi and tempura are also brought in hot. I'm happy.
Will soba become countryside soba?
It was sweet, smooth and delicious. The salt that was added to the tempura and sobagaki was also delicious.
I was able to spend a relaxing and luxurious time.
