a	aa BlueSapphire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旨かったです。醤油とんこつと和風とんこつで迷うが、それぞれ説明書きがあって分かりやすい。醤油とんこつ、旨いねー。説明書きにオリジナルとあった通り、確かに他にないような味。旨かった。突拍子もない独特という意味ではなくて、美味しいオリジナルです。気になっていたとんがらラーメンも食べたけど、醤油とんこつが好みかな。あとは和風とんこつを食べたい。気になる。それにしても醤油とんこつ旨いねえ。 It was delicious. I also ate tonkotsu ramen that I was curious about, but I wonder if I like soy sauce tonkotsu. I also want to eat Japanese-style tonkotsu. be on one's mind. Even so, the soy sauce is delicious.
瘋	瘋癲のひろさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣接して2件並んでいるラーメン店の正面から見て右側のお店です。隣が二郎系に対してこちらのとんがら亭は豚骨醤油のオーソドックスなお店。しかし侮るなかれオーソドックスといえど言い換えれば万人ウケ。こってりそうに見えるが見た目ほどくどくなく食べやすい。鰹やホタテから取ったダシは旨味十分で、奥深い味がします。カウンター8〜9席くらいで常に回転しています。カウンターにこれでもかとばかりにステンレス製のトレイにチャーシューの塊を置いているのでチャーシューがとても気になります。奥の方では炭火でチャーシューを炙っていて香ばしくていい香りが漂い食欲をそそります。わくわくしながら注文したチャーシューつけ麺を待ちます。 5分するかしないかくらいで着丼。さっきまで鼻をくすぐっていた香ばしいチャーシューが麺に被さり食欲はMAXに。見た目は濃いめのスープですが意外とあっさりしていて深みがあります。炭火焼きチャーシューがジューシーでスープともよく合うのでほんとにオススメです。店主の感じもよく、PayPay払いなら30%還元まであるので最高です。 It is the shop on the right side when viewed from the front of the two ramen shops that are lined up next to each other. Next door is Jiro, but this Tongaratei is an orthodox restaurant with pork bone soy sauce. However, don't underestimate it, even if it's orthodox, in other words, everyone is happy. It looks thick, but it's not as harsh as it looks and it's easy to eat. The dashi stock taken from bonito and scallops is delicious and has a deep taste. The counter is always spinning with 8 to 9 seats. I'm still worried about the char siu because I put a chunk of char siu on the stainless steel tray on the counter. In the back, the char siu is roasted over charcoal, and the fragrant and nice scent drifts and makes you appetite. I am excited to wait for the char siu tsukemen I ordered. Donburi in about 5 minutes or not. The fragrant char siu that had tickled my nose just covered the noodles and my appetite was maximized. It looks like a thick soup, but it is surprisingly light and deep. The char-grilled char siu is juicy and goes well with the soup, so it's really recommended. The shop owner feels good, and if you pay with PayPay, you can get a 30% reduction, which is the best.

A	AmberLimShin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starts at 700yen. Tsukemen broth is so good although it made me very thirsty (probably msg) even with soup wari (more broth to turn the dipping sauce into soup). Calm and quiet place. Eat at your own pace. Nice atmosphere.
