S	Shannon Perell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Tiny rooms, even by Tokyo standards. Bed is comfortable and bathroom has a good, strong shower. Rooms are very hot in the winter, with no control over temperature other than turning the AC off. Breakfast is no good, and is a waste of a meal when there are so many fantastic food options around the city.
W	Wotan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed by the place. It is allegedly a boutique hotel superior to the usual business hotel, but at a reasonable price. Well I can not see what is boutique, and felt like in one of the usual Tokyo business hotel, which are usually good but this place is supposed to be different. As expected, tiny room with no window, the bathroom is a cabin, lots of amenities. Breakfast really bad, good service as usual for Tokyo. Most positive point is the location: quiet but just around the corner of the Shibuya action.
s	salih karagoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, enjoyed my time there for 2 nights. Clean, large and well maintained rooms, very kind people in the front desk. Location is nice too, only you need to climb a sky bridge to arrive at Shibuya downtown. Only suggestion: The restaurant that offers breakfast (not sure if it’s part of the hotel) is not very clean, average looking place. Breakfast is not rich, just something better than nothing. This hotel should have a better breakfast place, in my opinion.
A	Amber Ravine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT LOCATION, FREE BREAKFAST.. JUST READ THE FINE PRINT . for a couple that's staying central to shops, the crossing and station this is perfect. But for a family, or fussy people-forget it. I had a lovely time here, they supply you with laundry services, free incredible Japanese or western breakfast or pizza /wine and a bathroom stocked with essentials like toothbrushes, hairbrush, shaver, and face sponge. However, the air con and heating don't work, the windows are locked so if you have a hot shower you end up in a hotbox. I was in a standard suite. You basically have a bed, tv with a remote that works when it wants to, a small fridge that melts ice cream, and shower/bath combo, so if your a fan of space or not kicking furniture get an upgrade. The shower was beautiful and so central to everything- you can't complain about location. 2 min walk to convenience shop, 5 to the crossing. You get a view of an alley, which is better than a brick wall or nothing at all. The staff are lovely and speak pretty much every language. Check out is at 11am, breakfast is 7:30-11, but pizza and wine combo finishes at 10 so don't be disappointed when you miss out.
A	Adil A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first of three hotels I stayed at in Japan and it was the best one by far. The staff was super helpful. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. I needed an iron when I was unpacking and they brought it with an ironing board to my room right away. The hotel is a five minute walk from the busy Shibuya station and Shibuya Crossing, however it is around a corner, so it gives you a break from the chaos of the area. The location is amazing and it's easy to find using Google maps. The area feels very safe and comfortable.

We arrived to the hotel around 10AM and the front desk stored our luggage so we were able to walk around Shibuya until check in time. The front desk was so kind that they upgraded us to a larger room upon check in! Once we walked into the room we were surprised on how spacious the hotel room was. Even the location was great. It took only 5-10 minutes to walk to the Shibuya crossing.

I’ve just edited this review to include a couple of photos, but I stayed here in June 2019, so review and photos are relevant to that time.
