ちょっと高級なビジネスホテルに併設するレストラン。
マグロアボガド丼のランチを注文。
大きなざるの様なものにで配膳されて来た。
予想以上に品数豊富。
味噌汁：おふ、もやし、わかめ、小ねぎ。
キムチ：
サラダ：コーン、人参、キュウリ。
蓮根と人参の和え物：
卵豆腐と思わせてプリン：
そしてアボガド丼。
どんぶりの見た目、量が少ないが、品数が多いのでちょいど良い。
アボガドが柔らかく舌の圧力程度でとろける。ほんの少しとろろがかかかっており、マグロと一緒に流し込むように食べる。マグロは赤身だがスジは全く無くこちらも柔らかい。
恐らく出されたメニューの多くは、朝のビュッフェで提供されている物だと思う。すぐに傷むようなものではないし、小分けしていろんな種類を食べられるのは嬉しい。
最後にドリンクでホットコーヒーを頂いた。

Avocado softens and melts with tongue pressure. It is a little bit irritating and eats like pouring it with tuna. Tuna is lean but there are no streaks and it is also soft.
I think that most of the menu given is something that is offered in the morning buffet. It's not something that hurts quickly, and it's nice to be able to break it down and eat various types.
Finally I had a hot coffee with a drink.

最も安価な5800円のコースを利用いたしましたが、十二分に楽しめました。
数種類の部位から選んで食べることが出来るのですが、どの部位もとても美味しかったです。ただ、コースのせいなのか時間のせいなのか「この部位はもうありません」と言われることがあり、それは少し残念でした。
とは言え、かなり上質のお肉を目の前で鉄板で焼いてもらいつつ食べ放題（付け合わせの野菜も！）この値段というのはかなり良心的なのではないでしょうか。以前、倍以上の値段を出して食べた鉄板焼きよりも遥かに満足できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炎天下のコロナ下汗だくでたどり着きました。
5,800円のお昼のコースを頂いたのですが、お肉が出てくるまでに、パテとかスープとかハンバーグまで出てきます。でもちゃんと「残しても良いですよ」って言ってくれるので、少食の人でも安心です。
お肉は時期によって全国から色んなブランド牛を仕入れるらしいのですが、行った日は青森産の赤身が多めのお肉でした。
最初に部位の違う3種類のステーキが一人80g位ずつ出てきて、その後も色んな部位が楽しめます。タレが醤油ベースのあっさりした物だったのと胡椒がつけ放題でお腹いっぱい食べられました。
お肉の味はA5の和牛だけあって、全然臭みもなく肉の旨みが口の中いっぱいに広がってとても美味しく頂きました。
ステーキのお代わりはもちろん無料です。
以前の渋谷なら予約も大変だったろうけど、お店の人も今なら全然空いてるって言ってたので又是非伺いたいですね。
普通にステーキを食べるのと比べると、コスパは最高ですね。
ちなみに、2020/7以前のレビューは、前の店のものなので参考になりません。

The taste of the meat was only A5 Japanese beef, and the taste of the meat spread to the full mouth without any odor and it was very delicious.
Of course, the replacement of steak is free.
It would have been difficult to make a reservation in Shibuya before, but the shop staff said that they are completely vacant now, so I would definitely like to ask again.
Compared to eating a steak normally, cospa is the best.
By the way, the reviews before 2020/7 are of the previous store, so they are not helpful.

2回目の時、ネット予約していたコースの一つ下のコースで通っていたので指摘すると「いや、こっちで予約もらっています」と主張された。ネットで予約し証拠メールもあるため、こちらの勘違いや不手際ではないと思うので、その対応は少し良くないと思う。
その日は贅沢に上のコースをと思っていたので、上のコースに戻してもらったが、仕方なくという感じで対応されて残念に感じた。
コスパがいいのでまた行きたい気持ちもあるが、行くとしても別の店舗にしようと思う。

因みに、ランチのコースです。
６８００円+サービス料？とコーラ代が２名様で１５０００円位だった気がする。確かそんなだった。
国産A5黒毛和牛だそうです。その時の産地は北海道だったそうです。
牛肉のパテ？、らしいが、美味かった。
ビーフシチュウも、なまら旨い。
次が、ハンバーグでしたが、これまた旨い。これだけは確かに美味しい！
次から、ステーキの食べ放題ですよ。
６枚食べました。いっぱい食べると、お肉の印象が悪くなるよね。
でも美味しいよ。
これは自分の実力不足かもしれない？
デザートも美味しいよね！
会計はテーブルでします。
お店は分かりづらい場所だけど、ファミリーマートの後ろです。
ホテルの２階だよ。
お店も空いているし、おいしいし、
店員さんも、スマートな対応で、気取りなく、失礼が無いです。
