J	Jules Gueguen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memorable stay at the Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills. The 24H-Package is of a great value for a staycation! First time with the Andaz Brand and it was very refreshing to experience the casual-chic lifestyle by Hyatt. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. The hotel is splendid with pristine cleanliness. The view from the bedroom was just incredible (ours was #4707). Good practices have been implemented to prevent Covid infection (esp. a booking system for the access to the pool). Great service at the restaurant The Tavern, too. The Staycation Package includes a nice 3-course dinner, and the breakfast is really generous (both the Western and the Japanese ones). Thanks again to all the kind team and looking forward to staying again very soon.
D	Diego Del Rio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view on Tokyo tower. The pool and spa area are outstanding. I really appreciated the design of the room, especially the long couch paired with marvelous panoramic view at night from the 49th floor.

The ambience, the view, the coffee (the quantity of which is unbelievably generous: I had a latte) was wonderful and the food was delicious. The servers are very friendly and will explain each dish to you when they bring it. The price is understandably high, but the experience is worth every single yen (and I'm saying this despite being a student).
T	Tad Kitsukawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly speaking, it was the most complicated structure (to reach and get in) I ever experienced in Tokyo, and I dislike to invite anybody to there unless it is definitely necessary. If you still need to invite somebody who is stranger to recent Tokyo, I highly recommend you to ask them to hop on taxi at nearby station (although several drivers said that they don't know the venue...). Their service itself was a OK. period.

Wrote up a full review on the blog for the stay and Rooftop Bar (it’s partially outside?!) but overall a truly classy experience from start to finish and highly recommend for a staycation or as a base of operations while visiting Tokyo.

A	Amber Buzz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the sweets on the ground floor and the rooftop bar on 52 floor. Gotta said the coffee was not that good at the patisserie, kinda disappointed. Good views with the rooftop bar, nice drink but we ordered the french fries was so bad, can’t believe it cost ¥1000 worse than McDonald’s. Foreigner Staff asked to join the member and we told him the apply name was wrong but he said “it’s not big deal” well, I think it’s kind of respect to your costumers so it a deal.
