★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信喜亭のラーメン(醤油)、美味しかったです。スープは豚骨ベースにやや控えめに煮干しを感じる優しいスープです。食べ進めると昆布の甘さと鶏の旨味も徐々に感じられます。スープには背脂も入っています。麺は曽我製麺の中太麺で、基本やや柔らかめで提供されますが、モチモチ感が抜群です。チャーシューはやや小さめですが、厚みがありしっかりと味付けがされており、肉の旨味が口の中に広がります。食べ終わると、どんぶりに「ミセスキャロット」の文字が見えてきますが、残念ながら当たりくじではありません。でも「ミセスキャロット」、なぜか幸運が舞い込む予感がする素敵な響きです。おすすめです。

The noodles are medium-thick Soga noodles, which are basically served with a little softness, but they are very chewy. The char siu is a little small, but it is thick and well seasoned, and the taste of the meat spreads in your mouth. When you finish eating, you will see the word "Mrs. Carrot" in the bowl, but unfortunately it is not a winning lottery. But "Mrs. Carrot" is a wonderful sound that makes me feel lucky for some reason. it's recommended.
