Ingredients for 3 charshoe, menma, and onion. A soy sauce flavor with a double soup of chicken bones and pork bones that gives the aftertaste the taste of kelp. M	M I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の方の多い、地域に根ざした食堂という感じ。ラーメンとミニソースカツ丼セット（980円）ソースカツ丼の縁に粉で指の跡が付いていたり、側面にソースが垂れてたり、若干雑な感じはあるものの、まぁ地域の食堂としてはご愛嬌なのかな、という感じ。活気はあるし悪意はないんだろうからそこまで嫌とは感じなかった。周囲に喜多方ラーメンの強豪がひしめいていることもあり、味としてはまぁ無難な部類かなと感じた。ただ、ミニソースカツ丼のボリュームもなかなかだったので定食屋としては非常に良いという印象でした。近くのお客さんが食べていたチャーハンも美味しそうだった。 It feels like a restaurant rooted in the area, with many locals.
