御料理は見た目も味も満足です。
で、そんな中 夕食の際に不機嫌そうに働く年配女性のスタッフさんにはゲンナリです。
そちら側には働く毎日は日常でも、
こちら側は非日常を求めて行きます。
残念な気持ちを抱えたように思いました。
 The private open-air bath was very good.
The food looks and tastes good.
So, it's a genial for the staff of an elderly female who works sullenly at dinner.
Every day I work on that side, even if it ’s everyday,
This side seeks extraordinary.
I felt sorry for myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い時代の温泉旅館ですが風情があって、夕食が凄くて食べきれないほど出ました。時にはこんな泊まりもいいです。
It's an old-fashioned hot spring inn, but it has a taste, and the dinner was so great that I couldn't eat it. Sometimes it's nice to stay like this.

良い点
・料理が美味しい
・清掃が行き渡ってる
・ちゃんとWi-Fiつながる
・部屋の景観が良い
・従業員さんの感じが良い
・大浴場のシャワーの水圧◯
・バスタオルふわふわ
・敷布団の下にマットレス敷いてくれるので快適
悪かった点
・部屋に対してテレビがちっちゃい
・洗面台、水はけが悪い
・料理が多すぎて食べ切った満足感が得られなかった
・人手不足感、出迎えはほしかった
浜名湖周辺は観光施設が多いのでまた利用したいと思います

・ Comfortable as the mattress is laid under the mattress
Bad point
・ The TV is small for the room
・ Washbasin and drainage are poor
・ I couldn't get the satisfaction of eating too much food
・ I wanted a feeling of labor shortage and a welcome
There are many tourist facilities around Lake Hamana, so I would like to use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍ですが、個室食事処と貸切風呂のあるこちらにお世話になりました。
とてもいいお宿で大満足です。
浜名湖周辺は何箇所か宿泊しましたが、こちらが一番です。
館内は非常に清潔。不安な気持ちになることなく快適に過ごせました。
個室食事処は広く、窓からは浜名湖が見えます。しっかりした壁とドアなので子供の騒ぎ声も漏れにくそうです。子供用チェアも用意してくださいました。
なにより、食事がとても美味しかった！静岡の産物が素材の味を活かしたかたちで供されており、ワクワクするお献立でした。季節感のあるお料理を、水面穏やかな浜名湖を眺めながらいただく…非常に癒されました。
品数も多く、我が家は皆大食漢ですが大満足です。
スタッフの方も皆さんとてもにこやかでした。
なおロビー付近の本棚に絵本類が沢山あり子連れに有り難かったです。

The hall is very clean. I was able to spend comfortably without feeling uneasy.
The private dining room is large and you can see Lake Hamana from the window. The solid walls and doors make it difficult for children to make noise. I also prepared a children's chair.
Above all, the food was very good! The products of Shizuoka were served in a form that made the best use of the taste of the ingredients, and it was an exciting menu. Enjoy seasonal dishes while gazing at Lake Hamana, where the water surface is calm ... It was very healing.
There are many items, and although all of us are big eaters, we are very satisfied.
The staff were all very smiling.
There were many picture books on the bookshelf near the lobby, and I was grateful to my children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温泉でからだはぽかぽか。夕食、朝食もやさしいお味で大変美味しく満足しました。お天気に恵まれ夕日と朝日を両方みることができました！また、行きたいです。
The body is warm at the hot spring. Supper and breakfast were also very delicious and I was satisfied with the gentle taste. Blessed with the weather, I was able to see both the sunset and the sunrise! I want to go again.

館内も至るところに消毒液が置いてあり安心しました。
お料理も大変美味しかったです。
一年ぶりの旅行でしたが、こちらを選んで大正解でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタンダードプランでしたが夕飯は豪華でお腹いっぱいになりました。（写真の料理は一部です）お店の方も親切で良かったです。
２点残念な所は部屋のトイレの老朽化と部屋に対してテレビが小さかった事かな？
でも、また泊まりに行きたいと思います。
It was a standard plan, but the supper was gorgeous and I was full. (The food in the photo is a part) The shop was kind and nice.
Two unfortunate points are the aging toilet in the room and the small TV for the room.
But I would like to go to stay again.
