★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約一名すごい感じ悪いおばさんがいる 電話対応も、直接の対応も。今まで対応してもらってきたこと、そのおばさんにかぎっていつも出来ないと言われる。 窓口での家賃の支払いも今までできたのでに、そいつの時だけできない。 なんか、ほんとに感じ悪い?

そんなに広くはなくて、店員もソコまで多くないです。
対応も普通で特に何もないです。一階にあるので駅から下に下ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が本当に最低最悪でした。こちらがお聞きしている件に対して「われわれにこれをしろというんですか？」と怒ったような態度でいわれ、本当に不愉快でした。レオパレスの評判が悪いのは前々から知っていましたが、納得できたような気がします。レオパレスの物件には二度と住みません。ちなみに担当者の男性の名前はうえのと言っていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が酷いです。1回目にかけた時にとても感じが悪く要件言うまでもいかなかった為、後日別の方が出たのでそのことを伝えると謝罪のひとこともなく流された。とても上からで気分悪い。
