ちょっと狭いかな? 濃厚煮干食べたけど、もっと濃厚で良いと思う。少し塩味が強いのが残念… スープの色を言ってる方がいましたが、濃厚な煮干ラーメン食べた事がないのかな? これより更に濃いと緑っぽい感じになるので、このくらいはよくあるセメント系。 麺は細麺で固めです。好みが分かれるかも。

旨いです。白醤油ベース。濃厚の豚骨より煮干しが強く感じられます。煮干し好きには白醤油おすすめです。

22年2月13日(日)13時:初訪問 濃厚煮干し(820円) 2階ある店舗で入店すると5割程度のお客さん。席は案内順があるようで、窓際に案内されました。次のお客は僕の隣に案内されていきました。食券を渡す際に麺は大中小で選べます。 5分後くらいでメーラン提供。スープは期待通り。麺は煮干し系にしては太めかもしれません。夜はもっと濃厚な煮干しスープがあるようなので、次回はそちらをいただきたいですね。 ごちそうさまでした^_^

美味しい煮干しラーメンが食べたくて、評判のいい煮干丸へ。 ビルの2階にあり階段を登ると、券売機が店の外にあります。 濃厚煮干しらーめんを注文、麺の量が普通、中、大から無料で選ぶことができます。 麺は硬めストレートでスープにとてもあってると思います。 ドロっとしたスープは濃厚を選んだからなんでしょうか。煮干しの味がしっかりガツンときます。塩味はちょっとキツ目。 クドさは多少ありますが、途中でニンニクを少し入れ味変。最後まで美味しく食べることができましたが、スープは飲み干したくなる程ではなかったです。 濃厚じゃない方が良かったかも。 分厚いチャーシューは思ったよりも柔らかくて美味しかったです。

平日の12:15に1人で訪問した。店は2階で狭い階段を上ると、右側に券売機があったので、濃厚煮干そば(820円)を購入した。待ち客8人が3階に上る階段に並んでいたので、狭い階段をやっと上り最後列に並ぶ。回転は早く、5分ほどで4人が店内に案内され、店員が並び客の食券を回収し、人数と麺量を確認していった。さらに5分ほどでカウンター席に案内された。カウンター席にはお冷があった。 5分ほどで着丼。スープは濃厚な煮干出汁で美味い。ちょっとエグみはあるが、私は気にならない。スープは中細ストレートで、硬めのゆで加減。バリカタを注文している客もいた。具は、厚みのあるトロトロのバラ肉チャーシュー2枚が最高。ほかにネギ、玉ネギ、海苔。途中で、卓上の煮干の腹ワタとニンニクのオイルを入れて、味変を楽しんだ。私の好みにバッチリ合った。 12:45に帰る際には、待ち客は4人以上いた。

濃厚煮干しラーメンを頂きました。 煮干しラーメンあるあるで、スープがザラつく。。というのはこのお店ではあまりなく、煮干出汁の濃さの割にはスルスルと飲めます。反面、ザラつく出汁が好きな人には物足りないかも。 とはいえ煮干だけに、濃厚でありながらクドくなく、食べやすいラーメンだと思います。 具材としてはチャーシュー、海苔に白ネギ、タマネギというシンプル構成ですが、海苔は細く砕いたもので麺と絡めながら食べやすく、とても美味しいです。 困った点は、ご時世でひと席ごとに間仕切りがあるので、コショウなど味変アイテムが取れませんでした。。 総じて独自性もあり、スッキリではないがクドくもないのでたまに行くには良いお店だと思います。
