★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越後湯沢で一番おすすめしたいお寿司屋さん。こぢんまり、繁華街から逆に位置するロケーションですが、一言では表現できない素晴らしい味。背筋がピンと伸びる感覚。
気取らない店内の雰囲気にリラックス。
越後湯沢に行った際はまた訪れたいと思います。

大好きな白子ポン酢をおつまみに、おまかせのお寿司と日本酒を一合いただきました。どのネタも美味しい〜♪
白身は左がノドグロ、真ん中右がアラというお魚だそうです。子供舌なのでワサビが少しツンときましたが、どれもすごく美味しかったです。
大将と女将さんの人柄も気さくでとても居心地のいい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
満足するまで食べて飲んで、お会計は消費税を入れても4,000円くらい？大将のお知り合いの方にこちらを紹介していただいたので、ちょろっとおまけしてもらってるかもしれませんが、それがなくてもリーズナブルだと思います。ごちそうさまでした♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度1人でふらっと行ったお寿司屋さん、かなり美味しかった。穴子ばかり多分2-3皿食べて、2皿ぐらい単品で頼んでお昼としてはまぁまぁよいお値段でしたが、この味だったら納得だと思いました。（コスパとかは置いといて、美味しいものを食べる時間が大事、という人に行ってほしいです）
しかしなんで越後湯沢のお寿司は美味なんだろう？駅に近いお寿司屋さんも結構おいしいし、越後湯沢は外れないがなくていいところ。行くたびにどこで何食べるか悩む。

But why is Echigo Yuzawa's sushi delicious? The sushi restaurant near the station is also quite delicious, and Echigo Yuzawa is a place where you can't miss it. Every time I go, I wonder where and what to eat.
