★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン、ネギチャーシューごはん共に美味しい。
スープは塩の角が立ち過ぎず、弱くなり過ぎないまさにいい塩梅とはこの事！それでいて出汁の旨味も感じられる最後まで飲みたくなるスープ。
麺も美味しかったが、正直もう少しあっさりを予想していたので、ここまでしっかりしたスープなら平打ち麺の方が合う気がする。次回は平打ちで食べよう！
チャーシュー、玉子、その他の具材も文句なしの出来。
特製にしても850円とコスパが高い所も高く評価したい。
が……提供がビックリするほど遅い！そこが唯一の欠点か！並びが嫌な人には向かないお店で、外に1人でも並んでたら食べ始まるまでに1時間は覚悟してください。
あと、どうでもいいけど湯切りのとき独特の動きしてるんだが、てぼ（麺茹でのザルみたいなやつ）から殆ど湯が落ちてきてなくて笑った。

Char siu, eggs, and other ingredients are perfect.
Even if it is specially made, I would like to highly appreciate the place where the cost performance is high at 850 yen.
But ... the offer is surprisingly slow! Is that the only drawback! This restaurant is not suitable for people who don't like to line up, so if you line up outside, be prepared for an hour before you start eating.
Also, I don't care, but when I drain the water, it moves in a unique way, but I laughed because the water had hardly fallen from the tebo (a colander like boiled noodles).

店舗の横の隙間に並びます。
12:00あたりに来店しましたが、店舗内客席後ろに5人、店外に5人の10人。
待ち時間が恐ろしいくらい長いです。。。
着丼まで1時間半くらい。
我慢しすぎて具合が悪くなりそうでした。
しかし見ていると全てを丁寧に一人で作業しているためでした。
一杯しっかりと作り込んでいて中華そばでは今まで食べた中で一番好きです。
都内のラーメンよりメニューが全部入りでも千円以内でかなりお得に感じます。

The waiting time is horribly long. .. ..
It takes about an hour and a half to get the bowl.
I was so patient that I was feeling sick.
However, when I was looking at it, it was because I was working on everything by myself.
I made a cup of it well and I like the best Chinese noodles I have ever eaten.
Even if all the menus are included, it's a great deal for less than 1,000 yen than ramen in Tokyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 霧雨模様でしたので、予想より行列はありませんでした。
狭い所に並んでいたので、他に並ぶ入口があるのかと思いましたが、そこしかなく、最後に並びました。
店内から声をかけられて入るしくみかと
思えば、そうではなく、店内にも並ぶ椅子があり、そこが開くと店内に入るしくみでした。
知らないとちょっとわかりにくい。
カウンター６席のみで、開けば座っていくシステムです。券売機で食券を買いますが、呼ばれた時かその前に買っておきます。
特製らーめんのみで、醤油か塩、平打麺か細麺を選択します。
初回なので、醤油・平打麺にしてみました。
うん、美味しいスープに平打麺にスープがよく絡んでくる感じでした。チャーシューもいいですね。玉子は、私にしては少し半熟すぎたかなと思います。
店主のお母さん？が箸入れらしき所に飴玉があることを教えてくれました。
ラーメン屋で飴玉は初めてです。
匂い消しといいですね。
今度、機会があれば塩・細麺にチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
2人で切り盛りするラーメン店。

It's a little difficult to understand without knowing it.
It is a system where you can sit down when you open it with only 6 seats at the counter. I buy meal tickets at the ticket machine, but I buy them when I'm called or before.
Choose soy sauce or salt, flat noodles or thin noodles only with special ramen.
Since this is the first time, I tried using soy sauce and flat noodles.
Yeah, it felt like the soup was often entwined with the flat noodles in the delicious soup. Char siu is also good. I think the egg was a little too soft-boiled for me.
The shopkeeper's mother? Told me that there is a candy ball in a place that seems to be a chopstick holder.
This is my first time to eat candy at a ramen shop.
It's good to remove the smell.
Next time, if I have a chance, I would like to try salt and thin noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミシュラン獲得のラーメン屋さん！14時から40分待ちで、入れた。醤油ラーメンいただきました。煮卵、メンマ、炭火チャーシューはローストの様な感じで食感よく細麺は、スープと絡み美味しいかったです。メンマが麺と一緒に食べても負けない旨さ。15時に閉店だったので入れて良かった。行列に付き早めに来店されてる方がいるので、お昼は注意してください。カウンターに６.７人しか座れません。ラーメンの出来上がり時間も考慮してください。チャーシューも一枚一枚炭火焼きです。スープの透き通る感に口に広がる深みは、納得！！
A Michelin-acquired ramen shop! I waited for 40 minutes from 14:00 and put it in. I had soy sauce ramen. The boiled egg, menma, and char siu were roasted and had a nice texture, and the thin noodles were delicious because they were entwined with the soup. Even if Menma eats it with noodles, it won't lose. It was closed at 15:00, so it was good to enter. Please be careful at noon as some people come to the store early due to the line. Only 6.7 people can sit at the counter. Please also consider the time when the ramen is ready. The char siu is also charcoal-grilled one by one. The depth that spreads in your mouth with the transparent feeling of the soup is convincing! !!

麺が細麺と平打ち選べます。好みだと思いますが、平打ち食べている人が多い印象
そして、男性はかなりの人がチャーシューご飯を食べてました。チャーシューとネギが入ってて美味い。
ラーメンのチャーシュー、丼のチャーシューも炭火で炙って提供しているので、ほんわか暖かく非常に美味しい。
欠点は並ぶこと
めちゃくちゃ並びます。店内は6席、中に座る椅子があり、5人ほど座れます。
店主のラーメンは一度に2丼
そのため外に誰も並んでいない乗客でもカウンターにラーメンが並んでおらず、5人並んでいるときは40分程度は覚悟した方がいいです。

最後に箸入れの中にある雨ちゃんを勧められます。
並ぶ時はとなりのお店の前に行かず、懐やさんの店に沿って並ぶことになっています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend to those who enjoy a good bowl of shoyu(soy sauce) ramen but I hear that their shio(salt) ramen is popular with the regulars as well. One will need to be patient though, as the shop only seats up to 8 and you will need to wait before you can get your hands on one of their delicious bowls - which is true to all popular ramen shops. A special bowl of ramen will cost 850 yen and the regular will go for 650 which is a good deal compared to other shops that serve them at a higher price.
