朝起きたら顔面の右半分が動かず、ネットで調べたらウイルス性顔面神経麻痺や脳梗塞、脳腫瘍の疑いもあるとの事ですぐに脳神経外科、耳鼻咽喉科を受診するようにと書いてあり、後頭部の痛みもあったので朝イチでMRIのあるこちらのクリニックに行きました。緊急対応ですぐに精密検査をして頂きましたが脳には異常無し。 ウイルス性顔面神経麻痺の可能性が高いので耳鼻咽喉科の分野の症状との事で大学病院の紹介状を頂き、すぐに行くよう指示を受けました。 お陰で症状発生から3時間でステロイド点滴治療開始出来ました。 治療が遅いと後遺症が残る事もある病気ですが、1ヶ月半程で後遺症もなく完治しました。

長引く頭痛で2度ほどお世話になった。いずれも突然の症状だったので予約なく外来で行ったのだが、予約なしでは人権が無いかのようにひたすら待ち時間がかかる。朝9時から行って検査結果を聞けたのが12:30ぐらい。とはいってももちろん検査に時間がかかるのもある。検査はご存知MRIの設備があり、頭痛がどの程度だとかの問診もあまりせずまずは撮る。CTと違ってあまりリスクはないが、保険適用でも1万円近くかかる上に、費用に対する前置きも何もないので注意した方がいい。私のような若目の30代でどのような大きな病気があり得るとか、そういうことは一切考慮されない。検査結果も「異常なしですね。とりあえず頭痛薬出しておきますね」って感じなので、もはやMRI撮影所と割り切っている。もう少し歳をとるとちがうのかな。

何度か片頭痛や体に不調を感じて自分や家族が受診。実直な感じの先生が丁寧に分かりやすく説明してくれる。車椅子の家族が受診した時は、駅チカだが、負荷がかからないように上りが少ない経路を教えてくれて、スムーズに行けて感謝。施設内も車椅子で入れるトイレがあって安心だった。

受付がとにかく不親切。初診予約して受付に「お願いします」と診察券を置いてもなんの反応もなく無視されたので、そのまま座ると、しばらくしてから「web問診票やってないんですか?」と言われました。まずそんな指示は受けていないので当然しておらず、やってみると、長い長い問診票の入力が。送信したことを告げると、「血圧測ってないんですか?」とまたしても事前に指示はないのになぜかこちらが悪いような言い方。で血圧を測ると今度は「web問診票、診察ページから入ってもらわないと。もう一度お願いします」と。そういうこともどうして事前に説明がないのかなと思いつつもまた長い長い問診票を1からやり直すはめに。そもそもこちらは紹介状を受けてMRIだけ撮りにきているため、診察ページではなくMRIページから入るのは想像がつかなかったのだろうか。予約をしたのに2時間も待たされました。先生はとても良い人そうでしたが、受付が人数が多いだけで仕事ができない人ばかりで残念に思います。
