★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two menus could be chosen from, the short 6-piece one and the long 9+1 - quite obvious that only the latter justifies our wait. I would not bother go through the sushi piece by piece, yet each single bite impressed me bottom up. You could literally tell that the fish is as fresh as it has just been captured minutes ago, and that its combination with the rice was as perfect as it could get to. Usually having miso soup as part of the new is more like a requirement rather than enjoyment at other sushi bars, this was certainly not the case at Sushi Dai - the soup was actually brewed with real fish meat! Amazing!

Food so-so.
Lady helped us cooked the pancakes as we didnt know how to.
Staff somewhat friendly.
