足掛け１０年以上は通っております。
全てのお肉がうまいのですが、やはり一番はホルモン。
一般的な脂ホルモンではなく、油なし味噌味ホルモンです。
これは秀逸、金楽さんにこられたらぜひ、おすすめします。

All the meat is good, but the hormone is the best.
It is not an oil-free miso-flavored hormone, but an oil-free miso-flavored hormone.
This is excellent, and I highly recommend it if you come to Kinraku-san.

モクモク系のお店で、一般的な下町大衆焼肉店といった店内です。
皆さんのコメントの通り接客はご愛嬌な部分も多いですし、人によってはぶっきらぼうと感じるようなサービスではあります。
タン塩は程よい厚切りで、旨味も強く食べごたえのある素晴らしいです。
ただ、皆さん絶賛のハラミについては肉質は素晴らしいですが厚切りすぎる為、美味しく焼くのがとても難しいと感じました。
この厚さのハラミを美味しく食べるためには、火力の安定しない炭火では尚更難しいです。
焼きすぎたら硬くなるし、火入れが甘いとせっかくのハラミのジューシーさが味わえません。
半分の薄さで大きくカットであれば誰でも美味しく食べれると思いました。

The tongue salt is a moderately thick slice, and it has a strong umami taste and is wonderful to eat.
However, although the meat quality of the skirt steak, which is highly acclaimed by everyone, is excellent, I felt that it was very difficult to bake it deliciously because it was sliced too thick.
It is even more difficult to eat skirt steak of this thickness with a charcoal fire whose thermal power is not stable.
If it is overcooked, it will become hard, and if the skirt steak is sweet, you will not be able to enjoy the juiciness of the skirt steak.
I thought that anyone can eat deliciously if it is half thin and big cut.
