ライスも魚沼産コシヒカリでおすすめですよ。

しょっぱい感じで、ゆずの香りがしました。独特の味ですね〜。

外観は年季の入った感じで隣の直売所の方がやや目立ってしまってる感じですが、中は綺麗で黒い机もなかなかスタイリッシュ。食券制で、メニューも豊富。種類の多さはラーメンだけではなくチャーハンや丼物も多種あり、中にはラーメンと全く被らない牛丼まであります(笑)
2020年11月現在、店内禁煙。
トンカツラーメンを頼みましたが肉厚のトンカツに醤油ラーメンが意外とマッチしてます。
トンカツの脂っこさを消す為か？ラーメンにはラー油がデフォで加えられていたのが個人的にはマイナスだけど、醤油スープにはしっかり節も踊っていました。ベースがしっかりしているのでトンカツだけではなく他の変わり種メニューも美味しく頂けると思います。

As of November 2020, smoking is prohibited in the store.
I ordered tonkatsu ramen, but the thick tonkatsu and soy sauce ramen match unexpectedly.
Is it to eliminate the greasiness of the pork cutlet? Personally, it was a minus that chili oil was added to ramen by default, but the soy sauce soup had a good knot. Since the base is solid, I think that you can enjoy not only pork cutlet but also other unusual menus.

I ate grilled sweetfish soup stock for the first time, and it has the same gentle taste as chin soup stock. I want miso ramen garlic today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店でマジ丼を食べた後でしたが、どうしても鮎の出汁で作るラーメンが気になり寄ってみました。食券を買う時はたんぽぽラーメンにするかワンタンチャーシュー麺にするか悩みましたがお腹がいっぱいだったのでやはり鮎出汁ラーメンにしました。
あっさりでクセがなく満腹でも美味しく食べられました。
チャーシューも厚くて３枚も入っていて満足度高いです。
次回は塩を食べたいです!
After eating a serious bowl at another store, I was really curious about the ramen made from sweetfish soup stock. When I bought a meal ticket, I was worried about whether to use dandelion ramen or wonton char siu noodles, but I was full, so I chose sweetfish soup ramen.
It was light and had no habit, and it was delicious even when I was full.
The char siu is also thick and contains 3 pieces, which is very satisfying.
Next time I want to eat salt!
