タ	タガタメ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1番好きなラーメン屋さん。こってりが苦手な私ですが、ここの味噌豚骨ラーメンはいつもスープを完飲してしまいます。味噌過ぎず豚骨過ぎず丁度良い味付けで後味もスッキリです。店内は清潔に保たれており店主さんはとても丁寧な接客で気持ち良く食事ができる空間です。味噌を付けて頂く餃子もオススメです。 My favorite ramen shop. I'm not good at thickening, but the miso tonkotsu ramen here always drinks the soup completely. Not too miso, not too pork bones, just the right seasoning and a refreshing aftertaste. The inside of the store is kept clean and the owner is a space where you can eat comfortably with very polite customer service. We also recommend dumplings with miso.

I ordered rich miso pork bones. I was very satisfied with the ramen that was rich but not savory and had a strong taste but was easy to eat!

It wasn't so well known in the shops of Ichijoji, so I was surprised that it was very delicious when I entered without much expectation. The backfat is nice and mellow, and I feel that it has a little spiciness. The slightly chewy noodles are also the best because they are often entwined with the soup.
ふ	ふーみん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同僚とラーメンを夕食に！…と盛り上がり22年2月23日（祝）に訪問しました。 18時オープンで5分ほど前に到着。 1番乗りで少し待機。すぐ4人ほど大学生くらいの男子が並びはりました。他の方のレビューに記載があった、ワンオペなので席が空いていても対応が不可となる前に一時的に閉店みたいにされるとのこと。実際に僕たちの後にいらっしゃった方はそのように対応されてました。さて注文は濃厚味噌豚骨ラーメンを特盛で。 150gのラーメンを半玉の大盛りで50円アップ、特盛は1玉で100円アップ、790円（込み）です。ワンオペとは言え見事なオペレーションで5分ちょいで着丼。スープは予想よりしっかりとろみもついていて濃厚を謳われている意味もわかります。ただ味噌がしっかりしているからか豚骨の風味は良い意味であまり感じません。と言うのもかなりの麺の量も案外あっさりとしていて胃の負担も軽いなーと感じました。麺はツルツルな中太ストレート麺。味噌ラーメンによくあるちぢれ麺とはまた違い、やはりいい意味でスープに絡まない分食べやすかったです。ただしそこは好みもあるので物足りなさを感じられる方もいらっしゃると思います。僕的にはとても食べやすく普段あまり味噌ラーメンを食べる機会がない分大満足でした。店内もキレイでワンオペの従業員さんの接客もとても丁寧。ホテルマンでも経験されていた？と思うくらい柔らかな接客でした。店を出た際は数名の方が並んではりました。メニューこそそれほど多くないものの身も心もあたたまる美味しいラーメンでした。 Have a ramen for dinner with a colleague! I visited on February 23, 2010 (holiday). It opens at 18:00 and arrives about 5 minutes ago. Wait a little for the first ride. Immediately about four boys, about college students, lined up. As mentioned in the reviews of other people, it is a one-operated operation, so even if seats are vacant, it will be temporarily closed before it becomes impossible to respond. Those who actually came after us were treated like that. By the way, the order is rich miso pork bone ramen. A large serving of 150g of ramen is 50 yen up, and a special serving is 100 yen up, 790 yen (included). Even though it's a one-operated dish, it's a wonderful operation and it takes only 5 minutes to get a bowl. You can also see the meaning that the soup is thicker than expected and is touted as rich. However, I don't really feel the flavor of pork bones in a good way, probably because the miso is solid. I felt that the amount of noodles was unexpectedly light and the burden on the stomach was light. The noodles are smooth, medium-thick straight noodles. Unlike the small noodles that are often found in miso ramen, it was easy to eat because it wasn't entwined with the soup in a good way. However, there are some tastes, so I think some people may find it unsatisfactory. For me, it was very easy to eat and I was very satisfied because I don't usually have much chance to eat miso ramen. The inside of the store is clean and the customer service of one-operated employees is very polite. Have you been experienced by a hotel man? The customer service was as soft as I thought. When I left the store, several people lined up. Although the menu is not so many, it was a delicious ramen that warms the body and mind.

C	Carmi Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ramen was very good. I tried the bestseller miso tonkotsu ramen. I also really liked the rice bowl with meat and torched mayo on top (I'm not sure what the english name is, but it was yummy). The prices are very affordable too compared to some ramen places.
