★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観光目的で魚沼を訪問した際に、迎車を依頼したところ、5分で向かうと快諾されました。しかし、手配ミスがあったようで30分以上待たされたため、配車の確認とキャンセルの連絡をしました。すると、謝罪の言葉もなく、一切非を認めない利己的な対応がなされました。このタクシー会社を利用しようとすると、私たちのように不本意な旅程の変更を余儀なくされるおそれがあるため、ご利用の予定がある方はお気をつけください。
When I visited Uonuma for sightseeing, I asked for a pick-up service, and I was willing to go in 5 minutes. However, it seems that there was an arrangement mistake and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes, so I contacted to confirm the dispatch and cancel. Then, without words of apology, a selfish response was made that did not admit any blame. If you plan to use this taxi company, please be careful as you may be forced to change your itinerary unwillingly like us.
