味:★★★★★ 立地:★★★★☆ 接客:★★★★★ 雰囲気:★★★★☆ コスパ:★★★★☆ こちらの松冨さんは以前知人が会社の近くにあるということを理由に良く仕事終わりで通っていたのを教えてもらい、それこそ二十年近くも前でしょうか、時折お邪魔していました。飲食店のご縁とは不思議なもので、一度途絶えるとなかなか足を運べなかったりもするものですが、本当に久々に訪問してみました。お店の中の様子が記憶していたのと若干異なりましたが、改装でもしていない限り、当方の単なる記憶違いでしょうね。。カウンタのみで、テーブルはありません。このコロナ禍においても多数の来店客で賑わっており、活気があります。お店の前に『大きな声での会話』『過度な長居』は避けてくれるようメッセージが出されてはおりました。とはいうものの、自分も複数の人と行っていたらおそらく同じだったと思いますが、美味しい料理とアルコールが提供されたら、声のトーンも上がろうってものですよね。。小生の周囲の複数人でのお客さんは、楽しげに何事かをワイワイ話しながら食事をされていました。密、という意味で気にする方はしばらく我慢したほうが良いかも、です。対策としては座席をボードで仕切ったり入店前の消毒など、一定のレベルで成されてはいるのですが。さて、お味の方はといいますと、これについてはハッキリ記憶していた『美味しいシュウマイ』と焼き餃子を頼みます。餃子ってどんなだったかな?と思って一口頬張ると、思い出しました。この、具材が大きめにカットされていて独特の食感があるタイプです。餃子の中身、すなわち餡は色々なものが混ざったペースト状のものが多いかと思いますが、具材が原型を留めているこういうタイプ、個人的には好みです!生ビールでシュウマイと餃子をやっつけたら、メインのラーメンを。あさりラーメンと迷ったのですが、ここはお店の売りである担々麺にしてみました。以前来たときに担々麺を食していたかは流石に記憶にないのですが、改めて味わったその逸品は素晴らしいものでした。担々麺というと辛さがどうかという点は議論になるかと思いますが、こちらの担々麺は酸味が良い意味で効いており、見た目は濃厚、されどどこかさっぱりしていてスイスイ食べられます。固めの茹で加減にも対応してくれたのですが、その食感と相まって最高でした。具材をすくうためのレンゲとスープを楽しむためのレンゲが各々付いており(味噌ラーメンで多用される方式ですね)、配慮が感じられます。小気味良く目配りしてオーダーを取ってくれるカウンタ内のイケメンお兄さんの接客もとても気持ち良く、なぜこのような名店に随分とご無沙汰だったのか自分を問い詰めたい(笑)ですが、これを機会にまたたまには足を運びたいと思います。もう少しだけお店が広くて待つことなく入れたら最高ですが、昔の想い出加点もあって、もう星は五つです!

They also responded to the firm boil, but it was the best combined with the texture. There is a range for scooping the ingredients and a range for enjoying the soup (a method often used in miso ramen), so you can feel the consideration. The customer service of the handsome brother in the counter who looks at me nicely and takes orders is also very pleasant, and I would like to ask myself why I have not been to such a famous store so much (laugh), but sometimes I take this opportunity I would like to visit. 坦々麺と焼き餃子を注文。坦々麺もおいしいが焼き餃子が絶品。エビが入ったプリプリの餃子がご飯にもよく合う。坦々麺は万人受けしそうなクオリティーの高いもの。PayPayに対応しているのも良い。緊急事態宣言が明けたらビールと一緒にまた食べたい。

銀座のラーメン街の裏路地にあるお店。 すごい場所にありますよね。 名物は担々麺のようです。 早速入ってみました。 夜は飲みながらラーメンを食べる人が多いみたいです。 ビールは自分で冷蔵庫から出すセルフサービスでした。 せっかくなので名物の担々麺を注文。 しかし、周りを見てみるとあまり担々麺を食べている人がいないような・・・。 まぁいいか。 しばらくして着丼。 スープはサラッと系。 辛さは結構あります。 麺は細麺で、ツルンとした食感がいいですね。 辛いスープを飲みながら麺をすする。 担々麺好きです。 特にすごい特徴がある担々麺というわけでは無かったですね。 ごちそう様でした。

【2103訪問】 銀座の外堀通り沿いから一本路地を入ったところにあるお店。みゆき通りの近くです。 担々麺や焼売がお店イチオシのようですがあさりらーめんに心惹かれ注文。追加で肉おにぎりを付けました。いずれも数量限定でしたが13時過ぎで注文OKでした。ちなみにランチタイムはライスがサービスのようです。 細ストレート麺。スープは14個位入っているあさりからたっぷり出汁が出ていて、バターと少量のにんにくがコクを与えています。細切りの昆布が食感の良いアクセント。濃いめの味付けでパンチがあって大変美味しかったです。肉おにぎりはチャーシューがたっぷりで良いのですが、チャーシューの味が濃く自分にはちとしんどかったです。 接客も良かったので次回は担々麺を頼んでみたいです。 The clam broth makes this salt ramen very tasty. My favorite ramen. I had many ramen before but this place is top of our list with quality and price. Meat is very thick and soft. Another dish to recommend is appetizer. Pork with scallion.
