Best ramen I’ve ever had, and there were many good places during my two week trip to Tokyo! Worth the wait in line. Look at the menu ahead of time and know what you want to order before you sit down. This is a cashless restaurant, so be ready with your credit or IC card. When I visited, they also had commemorative truffle oil available for purchase.

Don't get confused - even though the English sign outside Kagari says 'Soba', this stands for chuka soba, meaning Chinese noodles, ie ramen. Kagari's luscious, flavoursome chicken broth makes all the difference here and has earned the shop a cult following; there's sure to be a long queue trailing from its tucked-away location on a Ginza alley.

Only 14 seats, but perhaps the fanciest, most flavourful Michelin listed soba restaurant, with a fantastic thick, white chicken stock that will make you think twice when trying any other chicken soup. Beautiful presentations with the various vegetables and edible flower petals, every item cooked and seasoned separately and assembled into a picture perfect presentation. The porcini tsukemen and truffle white chicken ramen were like edible art and definitely worth a second visit.

Best ramen I've ever taste in the whole places I've ever been. There must be a line and you must wait about 40 minutes to get it. But the ramen totally worth the wait. Cost you around JPY 1,100 per menu.

Came here with little expectation (because chicken ramen is typically not very falvourful). But i couldn't be more wrong! The brooth is very creamy and flavourful, and it smells really amazing (perhaps because of the truffle oil). And the chicken is extremely tender! Definitely worth the visit. And it was said that this shop has/had a michelin star

It’s a nice Chinese soba (ramen) restaurant in Ginza area. It’s not a typical ramen shop but the food is good. Staff are Chinese people.

The place is very fancy for a ramen shop. Very clean and good architecture. The soba with truffle taste like “canja”, a Brazilian chicken soup. It is very good for hangover. The taste is not strong but it is delicious. The price is not expensive.

Probably the best chicken ramen I’ve had Tried: - (1) Chicken Soba - (3) Chicken Soba with Truffle - (11) Hokkaido Pork with rice and Japanese sauce The soup is tasty and has a decent consistency (slightly thick and creamy). The noodles have a reasonable firm, springy texture. The truffle oil adds a nice contrast to the saltiness of the chicken soup. I do recommend it. The pork with rice was okay. Simple, light and tasty, but not something I’d go out of my way for. Sauce was good with the dish. The establishment seems to fit about 14 people. So, there might be a long line if you arrive late. You need to order as you enter. So, be sure to know what you want before reaching the door. You also pay once seated - they accepted card, electronic payments, and cash. Personally I’m not the biggest fan of chicken ramen. So, I’d probably only go back if I was craving chicken ramen.
