契約さえ取れれば、客なんてどうでもいと思っている。
契約の説明を受けた際に、疑問点があったので質問したところ、「他の不動産屋でもそうだ」「一般的だ」などという説明に終始し、納得できる理由を説明してくれない。理由を深ぼって聞いても、「これが普通だ」と言われるのみ。
こちらは契約内容を理解したいと思って質問しているのに、バカにされてるとしか思えない。
逆に、ピタットハウスでは納得できない契約条件を出されても、「これが普通だから契約してください」と言えば、納得して契約するのか？適当な仕事はしないでください。
I don't recommend it at all because the correspondence is bad. I can't feel close to the feelings of the customers.
As long as I get a contract, I don't care about customers.
When I received the explanation of the contract, I had a question, so when I asked him, he said, "It's the same with other real estate agents" and "It's common", and he doesn't explain the reason why he is convinced. Even if you ask the reason deeply, it is only said that "this is normal".
I'm asking this question because I want to understand the contract, but I can only think that I'm being ridiculed.
On the contrary, even if the contract conditions that Pitat House does not agree with are given, if you say "This is normal, please contract", do you agree and contract? Please do not do a proper job.
