If u order the wantan/noodle, they might ask u if u want it to be Shio (salt) or Shoyu (soy sauce) base. For me Shoyu is a little saltier than Shio ?. They have seasonal dish as well, which is really interesting. The set menus also a really giod deal. I recommend the Yuu Rin Chi set (fried chicken with wantan soup and rice) cuz the fried chicken is really good. I always put ginger dare (塩生姜ダレ) on my fried chicken as well as the spicy fried garlic sauce on ??
