DOUTOR COFFEE系列ですからDOUTOR カードやアプリが利用できます。喫煙席はありませんが喫煙室は三階お手洗い手前にあります。もう要らないと思いました。日中、夜間問わず、かぁなり快適な部類に入るカフェだと思いますよ? [Updated] It will be on the second floor of the building in front of Otsuka Station. k	ken ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ☕bo5ビルの２階３階にありますエクセシオールカフェです。大塚駅の改札口から歩いてすぐです。 bo5ビルはまだオープンして若いビルなので店内はきれいです。入口とレジカウンターは２階にあり、入口にテラス席があります。３階には喫煙エリアもあります。３階はオープンガラスで室内が明るくてくつろげそうな感じです。集客人数は多いと思いますが、３階席はテーブル間隔が狭いのと換気設備がないので混み合うと不安になります。換気や引圧装置を付けて欲しかったですね。お客さんも同じように考えているようで余り会話は聞こえません。良いことですね。 ?トイレは、女性用?と男女兼用?が１つずつあります。３階に喫煙室あります。３階の窓側にあるカウンター席にはアクリル板がセットされていますが、テーブル席にアクリル板はありません。人が多い時はコロナの感染が怖いのでご利用はご自身で考えて下さい。土日の昼以降は利用客が多いです。午前中の早い時間がお勧めです。 ☕ Excelsior Cafe located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the bo5 building. It is a short walk from the ticket gate of Otsuka Station. The bo5 building is still open and young, so the inside is clean. The entrance and cashier counter are on the 2nd floor, and there are terrace seats at the entrance. There is also a smoking area on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is open glass and the room is bright and it feels like you can relax. I think that the number of customers is large, but the seats on the 3rd floor have narrow table spacing and there is no ventilation system, so it makes me uneasy when it gets crowded. I wanted you to attach a ventilation and compression device. The customers seem to think in the same way, and I can't hear much conversation. That's a good thing. There is one ? toilet for women ? and one for unisex ?. There is a smoking room on the 3rd floor. Acrylic boards are set on the counter seats on the window side of the 3rd floor, but there are no acrylic boards on the table seats. When there are many people, you are afraid of corona infection, so please consider using it yourself. There are many users after noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Early in the morning is recommended.

The inside of the store is also beautiful. I am glad that there are many seats equipped with power supply. The customer service is quite normal, but I had a nice soy latte brewed. It was delicious. I can definitely recommend this one than the Starbucks in front of you ◎

J	Joe Bardon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is a bit of a frustrating one. In terms of design and coffee the Excelsior Caffe Barista is a lot better than any of the cafes around it. The set-out is comparatively spacious; the decor is pretty tasteful and the music is contemporary. The coffee is excellent quality and, well absolutely delicious to say it is coming from a chain. Having said all that, they are just not getting the basics of customer service right. I have been popping in nearly every day for my daily coffee break but there have only been one or two members of staff that recognised me as a regular customer (and I appreciate their kindness). Compare that with the Detour closest to my work (in Iidabashi) where the staff are absolutely fantastic and always acknowledging me and occasionally make polite small talk to make me feel like a valued customer. What is the most frustrating thing is the lack of alternative options for dietary requirements. No caffeine free coffee? Really? That is again despite the cheaper brand in the franchise (Detour) having a Caffeine free coffee and tea. They also refused to make an almond milk latte or adding almond milk to an Americano despite having almond milk for other products on offer. This lack of flexibility is a real detriment to the brand. If there was an email address to comment to, I probably would.
