P	Peterson Phelipe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered zenbu mashi (extra for all toppings). The ramen here is pretty much a distillation of Jiro-style, a light, not-too-salty shoyu/pork soup accented by firm noodles, tender pork and crisp veggies. Everything is nicely balanced , making it surprisingly easy to eat. As someone that has been to a lot of Jiro shops in Tokyo, I can say that this is maybe one of the best classic bowls one can have. It is a tiny shop and very famous (only open from 11am to 5pm), so be prepared to wait. It's clean and the staff is polite, just know the rules to save everyone's time. If you have no experience with the Jiro system, I recommend you to Google it, since it's a little different than the usual ramen in Japan.

In the place you will find a vending machine to order. First row is pork. First from the left is two slices, second is five. You don't need more.

a	ashkan alinejad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot speak Japanese but one of the staff helped me a lot and I had not problem with language. The atmosphere is old and cosy and the ramen is very good. Broth is oily and the bowl is huge ( I ordered regular size). Regular size costs 700¥

The pork was a bit dry so didn’t eat it but the food was very filling so it didn’t matter. Friendly staff. Super popular location. Going during a downpour was a great idea, only a 30 min wait compared to 1-2 hours on a sunny day.
