つけ麺は普通。
ライスはセルフでおかわりも可能。
The ramen taste is light and not delicious.
Tsukemen is normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月曜日の13時に訪問。扉の木札は営業中となっていてメニューの看板も出ていましたが、店内真っ暗で鍵も閉まっていました。定休日なのか、たまたまの突発的な休みなのか分かりませんが、せめて木札くらいは休業中にしていただけると・・・。
Visited at 13:00 on Monday. The wooden tag on the door was open and there was a sign on the menu, but it was pitch black and the key was closed. I don't know if it's a regular holiday or if it happens to be a sudden holiday, but I hope that at least the wooden bills will be closed.

中国人が作ってましたが、カタコト日本語で中国人同士で会話してるのは、チェーン店の教育が、行き届いてるのか？？
まあ、中国人が、作ってるので、この店には、2度と行きませんが…

つけ麺だと大盛りにするとスープが少なく感じる時があります。麺をスープにジャブジャブつけて食べてるわけではないんですが...。
The taste is reasonably good.
If you use tsukemen in a large serving, you may feel that the soup is low. I'm not eating noodles in soup.

メニューより穏やかな色合いのラーメンが着丼。
見た感じ辛さはラー油で増してる。
食べてみるとやはり全く辛さは感じない。
スープの味はまずまずか。
だけど、麺が太めのやや縮れ麺なので、スープが絡まず、麺を食べているときは味にもの足りなさを感じる。
ゆで野菜も味を確実に薄めてる。
チャーシューもまずまずの味だけど薄味過ぎてこのラーメンには合わない。
不味いとはいわないけど、味が全体的に薄く物足りない印象が強いラーメン。
最後に税抜き644円とメニューにあったが、税込みで730円だった。計算が合わないような気がするけど、20円くらいと思って何もいわなかった。

However, the noodles are thick and slightly curly, so the soup does not get entangled and I feel that the taste is not enough when eating the noodles.
Boiled vegetables also definitely dilute the taste.
The char siu tastes good, but it's too light to go with this ramen.
I don't say it's unpleasant, but the ramen has a light taste and a strong impression of being unsatisfactory.
At the end, it was on the menu at 644 yen without tax, but it was 730 yen including tax. I feel that the calculation doesn't fit, but I thought it was about 20 yen and didn't say anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グルメぶってる奴らに教えてやるけど、味がどうとかそういう問題じゃねぇから。ここは隣に大正大学っていうFラン大学があって、そこの学生が来る場所なんだよ。バカが800円くらいで大量のエサ食わすのが目的なの。はき違えんなよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨醤油を注文。女性の店員さん一人での営業時間でした。ご飯とキュウリの漬物は入って左側に有ってセルフです。券売機は無く口頭注文でした。新大塚店に有る刻みタマネギとニンニク、豆板醤がありませんでした。ニンニクと豆板醤をラーメンに入れると旨いのに残念。
I ordered pork bone soy sauce. It was a business time for a female clerk alone. Rice and pickled cucumber are on the left side and are self-serve. There was no ticket vending machine and it was an oral order. I didn't have the chopped onions, garlic, and doubanjiang in the Shin-Otsuka store. It's a shame to add garlic and doubanjiang to the ramen.
