「全員に満足して帰ってもらいたい」元富士丸店主の願い 自家製麺No11@大山さんです。東武線大山から少し離れている(車のほうが便利)立地ですが、開店前から二郎(富士丸)玄人素人の長い行列が出来ています。店名の“11”はサッカーのイレブン“これから行くぞ!”という気持ち他、何個か由来の理由があったそうです。並ぶ前に食券を購入します。種類はラーメンか豚増しラーメンしかありません。あとはお好みでトッピングを選択。食券お渡し時に麺量を申告します(デフォルト普通350g少なめ280g麺半分180g)。少なめ以下申告の方には玉子かメンマのサービスがあります。豚増しラーメン1150円(麺半分)あぶら増し50円生玉子70円生姜ダレ50円をいただきました。カウンター13席ほど、5~6杯1ロットという感じでしょうか。程なくして提供前のコールを。①ちょい野菜②ニンニク③ちょい脂がサービス、マシマシ他も柔軟に対応していただけるそうです。着丼、ナルトが良い味を演出、厚めのチャーシューゴロゴロ・クタクタ野菜・乳化濃厚豚骨醤油スープはさすが富士丸のご出身。太麺平打ち系通称ボキボキ麺は確かに歯ごたえがよくスープとよく絡みます。あぶら増しに生玉子と麺を絡めていただくとまたスープとは違った味わいですが、ちょっとしょっぱいかな。あとはショウガダレが宜しいですねー。この濃厚な味とタレの引き締めがたまりません。さすがに一杯いただくとお腹にたまりますね、ここちよいです。店主さんのプライドが感じられる一杯をいただきました。CPまずまず接客良好。元富士丸の常連さんがたくさんいらっしゃるということは店主さんが慕われ良店である証しですね。ごちそうさまでした
