★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスは非常に良いのだかやはり飲食店として評価すると３より上はつけられない。麺がいまいちなのと特製は高いかな。格別スープが優れているわけでもない。
 The service is very good, but if you evaluate it as a restaurant, you can't get more than 3. I wonder if the noodles are not good and the special products are expensive. Nor is the soup excellent.

出汁の味がしっかりしていて満腹感、満足感が得られる。
特にチャーシューがやわらかくてしっとりしてて最高だった。
お母さんみたいな店員さんがとても愛想良く、逆に男性の方は寡黙な店主感があった。愛想が悪いわけじゃないので接客は普通に居心地よかった。
Basically any one is good.
The taste of the soup stock is strong and you can feel full and satisfied.
Especially the char siu was soft and moist and it was the best.
The store clerk like a mother was very friendly, and on the contrary, the male person had a quiet store owner feeling. The customer service was usually comfortable because it wasn't unfriendly.

知人から塩を勧められたが、個人的には醤油がいちばん美味い。
王道の中華そばジャンルで全国トップクラスと言っても決して言い過ぎではない。それくらい美味くて好き。
スープも麺もチャーシューも全て最高。
Anyway, it ’s delicious!
My acquaintance recommended salt, but personally, soy sauce is the most delicious.
It is no exaggeration to say that it is one of the top-class Chinese noodles in Japan in the royal road Chinese noodle genre. I like it because it's so delicious.
Soup, noodles and char siu are all the best.

塩ラーメンがメインのお店。
塩ラーメンはあっさりでスープも飲み干せて毎日食べられる様なラーメンです。
美味いです。
サイドメニューのチャーシュー丼や餃子は美味しくないので塩ラーメンだけを頼んだ方がいい。笑
個人的に醤油ラーメンは醤油のキレがなくぼやけた味なのであまり好きではない。
麺は三河屋製麺の麺でしっかりと香りがあって芯がプツリとアルデンテの様な食感。
モチモチ系が好きな人は好きではないのだろうけどこのスープにはこの麺がバランス良いと思う。
塩ラーメン一択！！
My favorite store.
The main shop is salt ramen.
Shio ramen is a ramen that you can easily drink soup and eat every day.
It's delicious.
The side menu char siu bowl and dumplings are not delicious, so you should order only shio ramen. Lol
Personally, I don't really like soy sauce ramen because it has a blurry taste without sharpness.
The noodles are made by Mikawaya Seimen and have a strong scent, and the core has a puffy and al dente-like texture.
People who like chewy noodles may not like it, but I think this noodle is well-balanced for this soup.
Choose salt ramen! !!

特麺たつ塩ラーメンと餃子を注文。
スープはあっさりとしながらも出汁が奥深くズーッと飲んでいられる。
麺もスープの味わいに丁度よく、ボリュームもしっかり。
身体がキレイになる感じの味で他のコメントであった毎日食べれるというのがわかる‼️
個人的な好みとしてはチャーシューは少し肉本来の味を残し過ぎだと思ったが、とても美味しかった。
お母さんの接客と笑顔に凄く癒される〰️?ラーメンとお母さんの接客の両方で心も身体もポカポカ♨️
餃子も十分美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大塚の名店。大塚駅の北口を出て少し歩く。近くに「肉のハナマサ」があるので、目印になるだろう。基本、夜だけの営業。凄く優しいお母さんと強面の（失礼）息子さんの二人でやってる。お勧めは鶏塩ラーメン。ほっとする味で、たまにムショーに食べたくなる。お母さんの接客も素晴らしい。こうゆう個人経営のいい店に当たると嬉しいね。
A famous store in Otsuka. Exit the north exit of Otsuka station and walk a little. There is "Meat Hanamasa" nearby, so it will be a landmark. Basically, open only at night. I'm doing it with a very kind mother and a strong (rude) son. We recommend chicken salt ramen. The relieved taste makes me want to eat it at Musho once in a while. The customer service of the mother is also wonderful. It would be great if you could hit a store with good personal management.
