味は上越市内でも屈指のラーメン屋というのが、私の感想です。??
ラーメンを食べると「うまい‼️」と言ってしまう店です??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばと言えば、本来、こういう味だよね...といったちゃんとしたスタンスをもった味のよさが魅力。
最近ありがちな業務用のたれ的な味付けが微塵のかけらもない。
｢飲んだ後、必ず食べたくなる｣というどなた様の書き込みの通り、そこにマスターの心意気が十二分に感じ取れるという、すばらしい味の魅力でした。
ご馳走さま。
Speaking of buckwheat Chinese, original, good taste with a decent stance like I'm this kind of taste ... attractive.

ラーメンはシンプルな醤油味ですが、それが却って良いです！！
家族経営のお店で、感じもいいです。
ただ、割と早くに閉まっちゃうので（たしか１９：００）、その点は気を付けた方がいいと思います。

Ramen has a simple soy sauce flavor, but that's good! !
It's a family-run store and it feels good.
However, since it closes relatively quickly (maybe 19:00), I think that point should be taken into consideration.

提供されたチャーハン等はめちゃ美味かった！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直江津の締めのラーメンは来来軒がダントツですね。昔と変わらず好きな味。今も変わらずマスターが作る真夜中のラーメンは大人になった今でもよく利用させてもらっています。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席がありまして、カウンター越しにマスターが調理しています。
外には昔から変わらないデザインのシンプルな看板が置いてあり、お店がやっているサインでもあります。
やはり、こちらでいただく〆は味噌ラーメンが最高に思い出に残っている…小学生の頃に食べたコーンも入っているあの味わいです。そして、先日チャーハンをいただき、うますぎてビックリしました。このクオリティーは半端じゃないね。今や直江津で〆のラーメンを食べられるところは数件しかありませんが、私はこちらが一番うまいと思います。
直江津で飲んだ後は立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか。
The ramen at the end of Naoetsu's ramen is the best. I like the taste as before. Even now, I am still using the master's midnight ramen even now as an adult.

Outside, there is a simple sign with a design that has not changed from old times, and it is also the sign that the shop is doing.
After all, the miso ramen is the most memorable one at the restaurant here... It has the same corn that I ate when I was in elementary school. And the other day, I got fried rice and I was surprised. This quality is not odd. There are only a few places in Naoetsu where you can eat 〆ramen, but I think this is the best.
