今日は前から気になっていた『中華そば煮干屋』さんに来ました。あご煮干しらーめん730円をオーダー。大盛無料で当然大盛?あご出汁と煮干し風味で麺はストレート中細パッツン麺は加水率すくな目で小麦の香りがあり最後まで美味しく頂きました。ご馳走様でした??

当初は妙高高原にも近い国道18号線沿いにあったお店だと思います。 煮干ラーメン専門だと思いきや上越醤油ラーメンや豚骨ラーメンなどもありました。 あご煮干らーめんを大盛で。 ほんのりと甘い口当たりの柔らかなアゴ出汁の旨味に程々のカエシ塩梅が美味し。ここまで美味いアゴ出汁のスープを上越でいただけるとは思ってなかった。ミシシットリホロリのモモとウデ肉のチャーシューにプツパツとした自家製の細麺もまた美味し。無料の大盛はさすがに麺量も多く食べ応え十分です。

煮干つけ麺の看板に惹かれて、来店したがつけ麺は夜だけ。 煮干屋ってゆう名前だけど、煮干しラーメンはあえて頼まず「黒とん骨らーめん」を注文。 普通の味だったけど、二度目は無いと思った。
I came to the store because I was attracted to the signboard of Niboshi Tsukemen, but only at night. The name is Niboshi-ya, but I didn't dare to ask for Niboshi ramen and ordered "Kurotonbone Ramen". It tasted normal, but I thought it would never happen again.

出張のランチで訪問。13時近くだったのですぐ座れました。カウンター4席にテーブル席が5つくらいなお店です。頼んだのは濃厚醤油ラーメンだったと思います。食べた感じあまり濃厚とまではいかないように思いました。大盛無料なので大盛りにしましたが、大盛り感はなかったです。煮干しやあごだしのお店ですがほどほどの煮干し感で食べやすいと思います。

あっさりとしたスープでした。無加水の麺だそうですが、食べていると少し飽きてしまいそうな感じでした。セットで頼んだチャーハン、何の味もしなくてちょっと残念でした。

以前に訪れた場所ですがあっさりスープで飲んだ後の〆に来たい味でした。 飲んだ後はこういうらーめんが美味しいのに、新潟市民のボクが飲んだ後に来ることはまず無いんだろうな〜。

煮干しラーメン特盛、メンマと煮卵をトッピングで注文。口コミに大盛感がない、大盛のボリュームが少ない等あったので特盛にしましたが、多過ぎました。舐めてましたね。特盛で麺量300gはあると思います。 一口目は煮干し感ありますが、徐々に丁度良い風味になります。麺は中太のストレートでスープに合ってます。脂身が少ないチャーシューに煮込まれたメンマは歯応えが良く美味しくいただきました。 昼前に満席になる店なので、11時台に来店すると並ばずに済みそうです。
