煮干し系旨味がよく出ていました
チャーシューメンをオーダー。
モモとバラの2種類のチャーシュー。
私の好みは豚バラチャーシューですね☺️
メンマが本当に甘かったです。
スープは私好みのあっさり煮干し系。
麺はもちもち麺でした。
本日もご馳走様でした。
First visit with introduction of Hollower.
Boiled umami was good
Order char shou men.
Two types of char siu, peach and rose.
My favorite is pork belly shoe
Menma was really sweet.
The soup is a lightly boiled type that I like.
The noodles were sticky noodles.
It was a feast today.

魚介のあっさりスープと背脂の油が、少し縮れた太麺に絡み美味しかったです。太麺のため、食べ応えがあり、また腹持ちも良く個人的には好みのラーメンでした。
Stop by for lunch! ︎ I got backfat char siu.
The light soup of seafood and the oil of the backfat were entwined with the slightly crispy thick noodles and it was delicious. Because it was thick noodles, it was very satisfying to eat, and I was very hungry, so I personally liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンを頂いた。魚貝が香るが味の深みは豚か鶏か。かなりバランスが良く、チャーシューも旨い。
I got ramen. The fish and shellfish are fragrant, but the depth of the taste is pork or chicken. It's fairly well-balanced and the char siu is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの訪問でした。前はかなり魚介系なスープでしたが(ちょっと苦手)、今回は背脂ラーメンを注文、最初のスープに戻ったような感じがしました。チャーシュー麺は魚介系らしいですけどね、背脂ラーメンとっても美味しかったです‼️
It was my first visit in a long time. Before, it was a fairly seafood-based soup (I'm not good at it), but this time I ordered backfat ramen, and I felt like I was back to the first soup. Charshoe noodles seem to be seafood, but the backfat ramen was very delicious! ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背脂チャーシュー麺大盛食べました。
背脂入っているがこってりしている訳でも無く、煮干しは後味にほんのり香る程度でとてもバランスが取れたスープ。
麺は中太麺だがスープがあっさりしてるのでもっと細い麺の方が合うと思うがまあこれは好みの問題でしょう。
チャーシューはバラとロースを選べますが何も言わないと両方入っているようです。
どちらも歯応えのあるタイプで臭みも無く美味しい。
全体的には美味しいけどクセが無い分、後を引くような旨さが足りない感じはする。
I ate a large serving of backfat char siu noodles.
Although it contains lard, it is not thick, and the dried sardines are a very well-balanced soup with a slight scent in the aftertaste.
The noodles are medium-thick, but the soup is light, so I think thinner noodles are better, but this is a matter of taste.
You can choose rose or roast pork, but if you don't say anything, it seems to contain both.
Both are chewy types with no odor and are delicious.
Overall, it's delicious, but it doesn't have a habit, so it feels like it's not enough to catch up.

スープひと口目で衝撃が走りました、上越で本場青森の煮干しラーメンに劣らね香りと煮干し味。知らずに入店したから尚のこと、衝撃と懐かしさ湧いてきました。甘い味付けのシナチクも一杯のバランスに寄与していましたし、モモ肉とバラ肉の組み合わせ。どちらか一方にも出来る様です。煮干しラーメンが食べたくなったら、2時間高速道路を走ります。
I had char siu ramen.
I was shocked at the first bite of the soup, and it had a scent and a sardine taste that was inferior to the authentic Aomori sardine ramen in Joetsu. Even more so, I was shocked and nostalgic because I entered the store without knowing it. The sweet-flavored Shinachiku also contributed to the balance of the cup, and the combination of thigh meat and rib meat. It seems that you can do either one. If you want to eat dried sardines, drive on the highway for 2 hours.

注文注文したのは背脂ラーメン。
背脂だけどあっさりでした。
スープは後の方で魚介の煮干しが感じられます。
今は餃子やご飯系のメニューはお休みでした。
I said that I was doing it even at 20:00, so I went there.
I ordered the backfat ramen.
It was backfat, but it was light.
You can feel the dried seafood in the soup later.
Gyoza and rice-based menus were closed now.
