ウェアを平気で地面に落としたり、片手でブーツを渡されたり、とてもプリンスホテルにあるレンタルショップとは思えないような態度でした。
特に40代〜50代位の男性スタッフと30代位の女性スタッフの対応が最悪でした。あの年齢でお客さんに敬語も使えないのは恥ずかしいと思います。プリンスホテルのレンタルショップは上から目線の態度でお客さんに接するんですね。値段も1万円程と、決して安くはないのでテナントのレベルをしっかり選別したほうがいいと思います。

I didn't mind dropping my clothes on the ground, handing my boots with one hand, and I couldn't think of it as a rental shop at Prince Hotel.
In particular, the correspondence between male staff in their 40s and 50s and female staff in their 30s was the worst. I think it's embarrassing that I can't even use honorifics for customers at that age. The rental shop at Prince Hotel treats customers from above. The price is about 10,000 yen, which is not cheap at all, so I think it is better to carefully select the level of the tenant.
