t	tmt 30 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎月の限定麺も人気の店なので30分前に着。店前2台は空いてましたが平日で開店後即店内賑わってました。11月限定牡蠣SOBA 大盛りメンカタコール。着丼早め。麺量は中盛りで220くらいとそんなでもありません。まずは6個ある牡蠣。恐らく片栗粉でコーティングして身が小さくならないようにされてました。ぷりぷりを噛みしめるごとに磯の香り漂い、中山にいるのに海を感じます。この大きさの牡蠣を6個食べるだけでもお値段しますからコスパはいいです。更にスープも香りコクも高く、片栗粉が溶け出しているのか少しトロッとしていてそれがスープによく合う！その為丼もスープも最後までかなり熱い。麺はストレートで美味しい。こんな一杯は他にはありませんよ。今月まだ食べて無い方は迷わず注文です。 The monthly limited noodles are also popular, so I arrived 30 minutes in advance. S	Sho Muto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午後１時半過ぎに訪問、外に待ってるお客さんが４人も…。初訪問ですがこんなに人気のお店とは思ってませんでした。お店の前には駐車スペースが２台分ですが、隣のホームセンターダイシンさんに駐めてもいいのだそうです。少し外で待ってから、店員さんの案内で入店し、入口の食券機で食券を購入（節とん・中830円）、店内で席があくのを待ちます。カウンターだけかと勝手に思ってましたが、思ったよりも席数があるんですね。四人がけのテーブルが２つ、２人がけのテーブルもあって20人近く座れるのかな？待ってる間に店内のいいにおいで空腹感がマシマシになったところでカウンター席に案内してもらえました。ほどなくして節とん・中が着丼です。スープから立ちのぼる節の香りがなんとも言えません。さっそく口にすると、表面の脂のおかげか予想より熱かったですが、香りよく口当たりがまろやかな感じのスープですね。美味しいです。麺の方は食券を渡すときに太麺細麺選べたので細麺にしたんですが、博多ラーメン的な細さの麺でした。太麺と細麺、どっちがスープと相性が良かったんだろう…？チャーシューは見た目控えめサイズと思わせておいて、思わぬ厚さの逸品でした。箸でつかむとほろりとほどける感じのやわらかさで、味もしつこくないと思います。美味しかったので他のメニューも気になります。毎月限定のメニューもあるみたいで、またおじゃましてみたいです。ごちそうさまでした。 Visited after 1:30 pm, and there were 4 customers waiting outside ...
