It has a nostalgic taste. Chijire noodles are the best. It's a superb cup.

麺は縮れ❗
具材はチャーシュー２枚、ネギ、メンマ、海苔
という、基本的中華そばのシンプルな構成?
なんと言ってもチャーシューがスゴイ❗❗
デカチャーシューで、ふつうのラーメンを
頼んだのにチャーシュー麺なのかと思うほど。
しかも柔らかで美味しい❗❗
最後まで満足のゆく、
珠玉のいっぱいでした❗
ごちそうさまでした(^o^)
A valuable shop where you can eat Yonezawa ramen in Sendai ❗ The taste of dried sardines and soy sauce is strong. Light but rich soup (^ o ^)

The simple composition of basic Chinese soba ?
After all, the char siu is amazing ❗❗
With big char siu, you can enjoy regular ramen
Even though I ordered it, I thought it was char siu noodles.
Moreover, it is soft and delicious ❗❗
Satisfied until the end

麺もたっぷり、チャーシューも厚手。
700円でこれを食べられるのは嬉しい。
ただ、確かにマニアの人が言うように、麺がダマになっていたり、メンマが水っぽかったり、スープの後味に魚臭さが強かったり。
たぶん、そこら辺を丁寧に除けるようになると、ワンランク上がったラーメン屋になるんじゃないかなと思います。
It was certainly Yonezawa ramen.
Plenty of noodles and thick char siu.
I'm glad I can eat this for 700 yen.
However, as enthusiasts say, the noodles are lumpy, the menma is watery, and the aftertaste of the soup has a strong fishy odor.
Perhaps, if I can remove the area carefully, I think it will become a ramen shop that has gone up a notch.

細ちぢれ麺とあっさり醤油スープの組み合わせで、美味しく食べやすいです。
場所は、地下鉄北仙台駅と北四番丁駅の中間あたりに位置するので、立地的にはもうひとつ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形ラーメンが食べたくあっさり醤油細縮れのこの店入店、思った通り置賜地方のラーメンは細ちぢれ麺ですごく好み。
ワンタン麺を注文しましたがワンタンもおいしいしチャーシューも柔らかく味もいい、大きくてびっくりしました。
I wanted to eat Yamagata ramen, so I entered this shop with soy sauce, and as I expected, I really like the ramen in the Oki region because it's thin noodles.
I ordered wonton noodles, but the wontons were delicious, the char siu was soft and the taste was good, and I was surprised at how big it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oitamaya is my best ramen restaurant in Japan(it could be in the world..). These clear broth, perfect texture of noodle and homemade juicy pork are awesome. My father tried almost all ramen shops in Yamagata(this shop is originally from there) and this is his recommendation also.
