写真も無く2種類しかラーメンも無く帰ろうかと思いましたが食べてみました。
1996年にあった仙台っ子ラーメンをさっぱりさせた味！麺に味がよく乗って美味しかった。海苔と相性が良くチャーシューいらないから海苔三枚にして欲しい（笑）
茹で具合もちょうど良かった。
 I thought it was Yukimura and it changed when I entered.
I didn't have a photo and I thought I'd go home with only two types of ramen, but I tried it.
The refreshing taste of Sendai kid ramen that was in 1996! The noodles tasted good and were delicious. It goes well with seaweed and you don't need char siu, so I want you to make three pieces of seaweed (laughs)
The boiled condition was just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食券制。チャーハンは無し。白飯のみ。メニューの数は断然、前のほうが多かった。店の人は代わってないのに、リニューアルした理由が見当たらない。テーブルも油ぎっている。ティッシュも置かなくなった。おしぼりも無し。コロナだから？でも他店はあるよ。また、白飯おかわり無料のお店があるなか、そういったサービスも無し。料金は少し高めに感じる。
Meal ticket system. There is no fried rice. Only white rice. The number of menus was by far the largest in the front. The shop staff hasn't changed, but I don't see any reason for the renewal. The table is also greasy. I don't even put tissue. No hand towels. Because it's a corona? But there are other stores. Also, there is no such service as there is a free refill shop for white rice. The price feels a little high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「商人ラーメン」の屋号の頃から通ってましたが、突然の看板掛け替え。濃厚背脂ラーメンがどう変わったのかと期待して訪れ、チャーシュー麺を注文しました。大きいが薄いチャーシューが３枚だけ、、味は悪くはないが、メンマもなし！ これで1000円はないでしょう。今回の改装直前に行った時にも濃厚ゆきむらラーメンの向こうが透けて見える極薄チャーシューにビックリしましたが、今回期待して行ったのに、、もう２度目はありません。
I've been going there since I was the name of "Merchant Ramen", but suddenly I changed the signboard. I visited there hoping that the rich backfat ramen would have changed, and ordered char siu noodles. There are only 3 large but thin char siu, the taste is not bad, but there is no menma! There will be no 1000 yen with this. I was surprised at the ultra-thin char siu that the other side of the rich Yukimura ramen can be seen through when I went just before this renovation, but I expected this time, but it is not the second time.

といいながら、前回は何年前なのかが思い出せない・・。
お店の外観にはあまり変化がないと思ったものの、店内に入るとお惣菜のコーナーがあって、一瞬、テイクアウト専門店かと思ったほどでしたが、店員さんのラーメンと一緒にいかがですかの一言で安心しました。
で、券売機の前で何にしようか、しばし思案。
基本の左上にしようとしたら、そこはトマトラーメン・・。
よほどのお勧めなのだろうと思いながらも、結局は担々麺をチョイスしましたが、惹かれたのは豚トロでしたけど・・。
で、到着したのは、茹でた青梗菜がドンとのせられた赤い色のラーメン。
もしかすると、激辛系かとスープを一口。
辛さはとってもマイルド。味は酸味のきいたサッパリ味。炒めた挽肉のうまみとゴマの香りと、なかなか味わいのあるスープ。
麺をレンゲにのせながらスープと合わせていだだくと、とてもおいしく感じられました。
長ネギの刻み方が独特で、それが食感にも活かされているのか、シャリシャリとした感じが面白かったです。挽肉を残さず食べられるようにと穴あきレンゲが付いていたのもうれしいサービス。
店内はそれほどお客さんがいらしていませんでしたが、この味だったらもっと居てもいいのかなと思った次第。
ま、近くには食事をするところが多いので、分散しているのかもしれませんね。
普通においしいラーメンということで、星三つでごちそうさまでした。

I thought it would be highly recommended, but in the end I chose dandan noodles, but I was attracted to pork toro.
So, I arrived at a red ramen with boiled bok choy on top.
Maybe a bite of spicy soup.
The spiciness is very mild. The taste is sour and refreshing. The umami of fried minced meat, the aroma of sesame seeds, and the delicious soup.
When I put the noodles on the astragalus and combined it with the soup, it felt very delicious.
The way the green onions were chopped was unique, and it was interesting to see how it was used in the texture. It's a nice service with a perforated range so that you can eat it without leaving minced meat.
There weren't many customers in the store, but I thought it would be okay to have more with this taste.
Well, there are many places to eat nearby, so it may be dispersed.
As it is an ordinary delicious ramen, I enjoyed it with three stars.

どうやらコメントを見ていると、経営者が変わったよう。
店舗に入ると、新店オープンの花束がありますし、ラーメンは、ラーメンとチャーシュー麺がメインのよう。
ラーメンは油が多めの醤油味。700円。
悪くありません。
店で作っているのは、退職後に家族経営でラーメン屋を始めたようなお二人。
男性はマイペースにあれこれ喋りながらラーメンを作り、奥様らしき方がフォローをしています。ラーメンを運ぶ方は、別の雰囲気で、妙にこなれています。前のオーナーの時から働いていたとかかな？
喋りすぎている気もするし、混んだら対応できないんじゃないかという何となくの不安もありました。
杞憂であればいいですが…
