★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おぺっしゃんラーメンと熊本餃子を食べた。ラーメンは豚骨ベースのスープに焦がしニンニク油で味付けがしてある。焦げた苦味が特徴的で、仙台の豚骨ラーメンの中では上位ランク（個人の感想です）。コラーゲンたっぷりのチャーシューもおいしい。
熊本餃子はイマイチだった。ジューシーと宣伝されてるけど、さめててべしゃべしゃでおいしくなかった。味も微妙。
唐揚げをテイクアウトしようかと思ったけど、熊本餃子がイマイチだったのでやめた。また今度食べてみる。
 I ate a special ramen and Kumamoto dumplings. Ramen is a pork bone-based soup seasoned with charred garlic oil. Characterized by a burnt bitterness, it ranks high among the pork bone ramen in Sendai (individual impression). The collagen-rich char siu is also delicious.
Kumamoto dumplings were not good. It's advertised as juicy, but it wasn't delicious at all. The taste is also subtle.
I thought about taking out the fried chicken, but I stopped because Kumamoto dumplings were not good enough. I will try it again next time.

【スープ評価】
・マー油の効いた豚骨白湯スープで、コクが足りないため、チャーシューや煮卵などから旨味を補給する必要性があります。
・卓上に用意されたニンニクでもコクを補えますが、ニンニク臭くなるので注意です。マー油で充分にニンニク臭いですが。
【麺評価】
・中細ストレート麺で国産小麦らしく、替え玉をそのまま食べると、結構美味しいです。
・最初は「バリ」を注文しましたが、「ヤワ」と間違うほどの柔らかさでした。替え玉だと注文通りの硬さになるようです。
【具材評価】
・チャーシューは一般的なものでなく、トロトロに煮込んだスジ肉です。甘く味付けされています。
・野菜はチャーシューと食べると、旨さの相乗効果が望めます。
【感想】
・約20年ぶりの来店でした。20年前は不味いとの評価でしたが、20年のときを経てはちょっとはよくなった感じでした。過度な期待は禁物ですが、他のメニューも食べてみたくなりました。

・ The pork bone plain hot water soup with mar oil is not rich enough, so it is necessary to replenish the flavor from char siu or boiled eggs.
・ Garlic prepared on the counter can be used to supplement the richness, but be careful as it smells like garlic. It smells like garlic with mar oil.
[Noodle evaluation]
・ Medium-thin straight noodles that are like domestic wheat, and if you eat the replacement balls as they are, they are quite delicious.
・ At first, I ordered "Bali", but it was so soft that I could mistake it for "Yawa". It seems that the hardness of the replacement ball will be as ordered.
[Ingredient evaluation]
・ Char siu is not a common item, but tendon stewed in toro. It is sweetly seasoned.
・ If you eat vegetables with char siu, you can expect a synergistic effect of deliciousness.
【thoughts】
・ It was my first visit in about 20 years. Twenty years ago, it was evaluated as unpleasant, but after 20 years, it felt a little better. Excessive expectations are forbidden, but I wanted to try other menus as well.
