か	かげちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥白湯醤油+チャーシュー+ニンニクと鳥白湯塩を頼みました。美味しかったとは思います。麺は細麺で、しっかりとした腰があると思います。スープは、鳥出しにこだわりを感じますが、鳥の独特の臭みが目立ちます。好みで別れる感じですね。。残念です。もう少し、雑味がなくなると、良いかな～後、塩分の調整は必須かな。ショッパめですね。飲んだ後なら良いかな～そのために、3点にしました。チャーシューは、まーまー良かったです。 I ordered Tori-shirayu soy sauce + char siu + garlic and Tori-shirayu salt. I think it was delicious. The noodles are thin and I think they have a firm waist. I feel that the soup is particular about getting birds out, but the unique smell of birds stands out. It feels like parting according to your taste. .. I'm sorry. It would be nice if the miscellaneous taste disappeared a little more ~ After that, I wonder if it is essential to adjust the salt content. It's a shopper. Personally, I think it's one of the top 3 ramen shops in Miyagi prefecture. Creamy soup with outstanding chicken flavor, straight bangs, char siu, Iwanori, onions, and kaiware toppings are all high-quality ramen. I definitely want to conquer all the menus. It was a treat.

The preparation takes a little longer than other ramen shop but the waiting is worth it. The soup was rich in flavor but extremely light I was able to finish every drop of it. The noodles are thin and easy to eat. The toppings (menma was sooo good, onion to counter chicken meat gaminess etc.) greatly enhanced the overall taste. The meat was also tender. Five stars!
