★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well-made 100% buckweed dough soba. The temburas taste really good, not too dried and not too oily. We ordered both hot and cold soba and both couldnt find anything to complain about the food , superb-delicious. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long day of hiking Mt. Togakushi in the snow, we stumbled upon this little soba house. It was very unassuming to the eye, but like a lot of places in Japan, it was a hidden gym. The soba noodles were perfect and the broth brought us back to life. I can't forget to mention the crispy and delicious tempura shrimp as well as the endless green tea. A very nostalgic meal!
