★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくきれいに改装された動物園の中で、遊園地だけは時が止まったように昔のまま残されました。年配の人には懐かしさがありますが、今の子供達はどう思うのでしょうね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あえて小さい観覧車のままで残されているとのことです。最新式の遊具を求める向きには不向きですが、立派なポリシーで、この動物園にはふさわしいと思います。
It is said that it remains as a small Ferris wheel. It's not suitable for those looking for the latest playground equipment, but it's a good policy and I think it's suitable for this zoo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの観覧車の基礎が、その昔、法勝寺の九重塔の基礎だったそうです。因みに、観覧車の順番待ちをしてたオランウータンのルビーさんと一緒に、観覧車に乗ったのが思い出に残ってます。ちなみに、類人猿舎の面々も小さい子どもの頃は、この観覧車?に乗っていたそうですよ。
