★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りがかりに寄らせていただきました。待ち時間もあまりなく、お店の雰囲気も良かったです。稲庭うどん御膳をいただきました。湯葉もたくさんいろいろな所に入っていて、とても美味しくいただきました！お値段もリーズナブルで。満足でした！
 I stopped by. There wasn't much waiting time, and the atmosphere of the shop was good. I had Inaniwa udon set. Yuba was also in many places and it was very delicious! The price is also reasonable. I was satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の建前は料亭チック。店内に生簀があって魚が泳いでいる。お料理も京都ならでわのメニューがたくさん。スタッフさんも丁寧な接客。近くに出かけたらまた食事に行きたい。
The front of the shop is a restaurant tic. There is a fish cage in the store and fish are swimming. There are many dishes that are unique to Kyoto. The staff is also polite. I want to go out for a meal again when I go out nearby.

Can look intimidating from the outside but once inside, you'll find quintessentially Japanese comfort offering kaiseki style dinning with it's delicate flavours and presentation. 4.5 stars. Would have been a full 5 if not for the higher prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for a meal as I liked how the front was decorated, was not disappointed at all. Price of food was great for the quality of food and service. The interior gave a very traditional feel, there was even a view of a small traditional garden from my table.
Staff were friendly and helpful, ordering was a breeze! Vaguely remember some English on the menu, but there were accompanying photos for each set meal for those who do not read Japanese. However, the recommendations menu was purely in Japanese.
Ordered a Beef Sukiyaki with extra meat, portion of meat, rice, and condiments was perfect. Left feeling full, but not sick. There is a small gift shop near the cashier with handmade local craft, do check them out.
