★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The egg sandwich for breakfast time is wonderful. Recommend for egg lovers ?? 1080 yen for a plate that comes with green smoothie and drinks. You can also add another hundred yen to have more choices for coffee such as cappuccino. Lovely!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to grab a bite! They serve break first and coffee. The egg pancake is a bit dry but the coffee and Affogato is really great! A worth-to-visit place in Kyoto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful breakfast at Okaffe. We’ve ordered Pork cutlet loco-moco, which was filling and very very tasty. Peach tea was wonderful and Matcha Latte was immaculately presented and tasted wonderful as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner has apparently been a barista for at least 10 years (because there are trophies over the counter dating back to 2008). The atmosphere is great, the visitors are as stylish as the whole Cafe. It's a really nice and comfortable place to chat or read. Try to sit at the counter to watch the stylish owner handbrew your coffee, the way he moves his hands is very elegant and cool! Definitely worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unique cafe with nice set meals for breakfast and a good range of drinks. Slightly out of the way and easy to miss but if you can find it, enjoy the atmosphere and the beautiful Japanese garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had breakfast here last weekend and it was SO good! The matcha latte was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever had. We watched them make the base for the latte from scratch.
The service was great. The ladies were really nice.
We both ordered the pancake breakfast set and it was perfect. The pancakes were really good and the egg was perfectly cooked. It was just the right amount of food for us.
The sign outside is really small so keep an eye out. We walked right by it and had to turn around when we realized we passed it.
I will definitely go back!! I really want that matcha latte again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to go here with my husband on our first trip to Kyoto, and Okaffe did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere cozy. They speak pretty good English and have an english menu. I had one of the best matcha lattes since living in Japan. Highly recommend if your looking for cozy off the path cafe, coffee, or breakfast.
