寅	寅1966 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３人で伺った昼時かなり混んでいました。普通に食べ終わった時、ビニールがスープの中から出てきました。麺を包装してある物が入ったと思う。ラーメンを作っている男性に伝えてもらうと違う従業員が謝罪に来て本人は全くの無視。厨房から出てきて謝るのが筋だと思います。麺は風邪を引いた様にコシがなくボソボソこの店の口コミはあまり当てにならないと思いました。食を扱う者として、この様な作り手がいる店には行きたくないと思いました。残念。 It was quite crowded at noon when we visited with three people. M	Mz II on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の11時半で待たずに座れました。どんどんと地元の方が来店し、あっという間に満席。メンマラーメンとチャーシュー麺を注文。メンマは太めだが味が染み込み、スープはオーソドックスな醤油スープ。麺は細ちぢれ麺。チャーシューはしっかり煮込まれており、脂身の部分はトロトロ。ご飯との相性も最高でした。店員さんの客さばきも上手く、居心地のいいお店でした。ご馳走様でした。 I could sit on Saturday at 11:30 without waiting. s	sad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大晦日のお昼だと言うのに、しっかり混んでいた。感染予防の意味もあって席に詰め込まないので、余計に客がさばけない感じ。でも一旦入店して車で待つことを伝えると、車まで声を掛けに来てくれるから快適に待てるけど。ここは昔からずっと、ベースのラーメンの味は同じ。そこにチャーシューを増量するかメンマを増量するか、麺を増量するか…の選択肢しかない。分厚いチャーシューと太目なのに柔らかいメンマは絶品で、若い頃はどっさり食べられたものだが、今は並盛が丁度いい感じ。難を言えば、スープが多すぎて…。冷めなくていいのかも知れないけど、全部は飲めないし、お盆の上に溢れたりして、よろしくないんだよなぁ。まぁとにかく、たまぁに激しく食べたくなる味。間違いない店です。 Even though it was New Year's Eve lunch, it was very crowded.
